About the Property:

- 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Bathrooms

- The primary bedroom has the most dazzling views of LA and is located upstairs with a modern loft-style design that looks over the living room.

- Upstairs, across the hall from the principle bedroom is a small guest bedroom with Queen bed and TV.

- There are 2B/1BA upstairs and powder room (1/2 bath) on the main level next to the kitchen.

- There is a hot tub located on the terrace and the pool is solar heated.

Need more space? Property can be rented together with an additional 1B ADU that has its own private entrance upon availability at an additional rate. The ADU property is separated by a tall gate and will not have backyard access.)

- We have the house professionally cleaned.

Very Important to Note:

- This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, and neighbors must be respected. Absolutely no parties or outdoor events.

- Quiet hours in the Hollywood hills are from 10pm - 8am.

- No smoking permitted in interior areas

- Guest are required to provide photo ID for check-in.

- Guest are required to sign the owner's rental agreement with house rules prior to check in. We will send a rental agreement to guest once the reservation has been made.

- Utility bills are paid separately by guest. Guest will be provided a copy of utility bills at the end of their stay and the amount will be withheld from the deposit prior to its return or paid separately.

- The security deposit is $10,000 USD and will be refunded less the cost of any damages/utilities.

- Guests will be required to purchase vacation rental property damage Insurance ($119). Once your reservation is confirmed we will provide you with the insurance link.

- Pets & service animals will be considered with an additional cleaning fee to restore the property to its original hypoallergenic condition.

- There are security cameras in exterior areas only and they are located in the car-port & entry points of the property to provide security.

- Additional house cleaning can be arranged for guest upon request.
