8380 Hollywood sits above the Sunset Strip with panoramic views. Guests will enjoy this private, peaceful escape from city life with world-class restaurants, shopping and nightlife within close reach. Walking distance the famous Chateau Marmont Hotel and Sunset Towers. Truly rare LA home home with incredible views and the best location. The Perfect property to experience the best of LA.

There are 2-Bedroom suites. The principle bedroom suite is located in the main house and the guest bedroom suite is located in the attached guest house. There is an additional small room that is being used as an office and can be converted to a 3rd bedroom upon request. This additional room is located upstairs next to the main bedroom. The guest house is adjacent to the kitchen with access from the balcony.

The principal bedroom is a designed with a loft-style that overlooks the living room area as shown in the photos. There is a door to the bedroom and a glass partition-wall that is open to the living room. The additional small room upstairs that is next to the principle bedroom has a private bedroom door, closet and flat screen tv mounted on the wall.

If you search for 31 night (minimum) the tax is waived and it is a better price than 30 night rental.

We have the house professionally cleaned & we provide new linens (sheets/ towels) for our guest.

Guest will be required to sign the owner's rental agreement and provide copy of photo ID prior to check-in. Utilities are paid separately by the guest. A copy of the utility bills will be provided to guest to be paid separately or the amount will be deducted from the security deposit prior to its return.

Our home is located at the bottom of the Hollywood Hills with incredible city views with a 1-minute drive from Sunset Blvd. A High walkability score for the neighborhood. Live the healthy LA lifestyle and leisurely walk the neighborhood with your morning coffee, stroll to the Chateau Marmont for lunch meetings, or take a short uber/drive to the best shopping and restaurants in West Hollywood and Beverly Hills. Convenient to all Attractions. The Hollywood Hills is where glamour meets nature, we could go hiking, surfing, or horseback riding by the day and then get dolled up for dinner and experience the best of entertainment and the most fascinating people all within minutes from our house.
