Offering a large Guesthouse, Spacious Master Suite, and stunning guest bedrooms. Open floor plan with soaring ceilings and designer finishes. Excellent outdoor deck for entertaining with a large pool, fire pit, sun loungers, plants, and teak furniture on the Zen-style balcony, overlooking the Los Angeles skyline. A truly unique experience!

The Space:
Catch the California sun rays while taking in the jetliner views from the outdoor pool on the balcony with sunloungers and umbrella. Gather around the outdoor fire pit with friends in the outdoor lounge area with a comfortable sofa and heater. Find your inner zen on the green oasis side of the balcony, filled with healthy plants and new teak furniture overlooking the Los Angeles skyline.

Unwind on the large sofa in the elegant Living Room with vaulted ceilings and scenic views next to the crisp fireplace. Wine and dine in the Formal Dining Space with a 6-person glass dining table and an incredible view!

The Gourmet Chef's Kitchen with high-end furnishings includes Wolf stainless steel appliances, a massive fridge, and an impressive center island, overlooking the city.

A cosy open Family Space sits next to the kitchen with a warming fireplace, flat-screen TV, and unique art pieces to complement the modern design. As well as, a wine cooler and bar area!

With remote-controlled shades, the expansive Master Suite promises the sweetest slumber. Glass doors frame the sweeping view and lead out to the wrap-around balcony. Cathedral ceilings highlight the suite’s capaciousness and dual walk-in closets provide ample space to unpack and make yourself at home!

Soak in the deep Bisazza tiled bathtub, while taking in the extraordinary hillside view. The luxurious Master Bathroom boasts double-sided showers with Hansgrohe fixtures and Kohler Water Tile body sprays, a freestanding soaking tub, custom cabinetry, makeup vanity, and water closet.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire house and garages. The pool can be heated for $100 a day, please let us know in sufficient time prior to your arrival if you would like to elect for pool heating so we can have the pool warm for you when you check-in to the property.

The Neighborhood:
Located just above the iconic Sunset Strip in Los Angeles, offering an exceptional experience with breathtaking panoramic views from the city lights to Catalina Island. The neighborhood is known for its glamorous atmosphere, high-end dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Guests can easily access the vibrant nightlife of the Sunset Strip, famous landmarks like the Hollywood Walk of Fame, and the trendy boutiques and cafes of West Hollywood. The area provides a perfect blend of urban excitement and serene hillside tranquility, making it an ideal spot for a unique and memorable stay.

Getting Around:
We recommend renting a vehicle, however you can easily get around with Uber and public transit. The home is a short distance to the Sunset Strips iconic bars and restaurants.

Other Things to Note:
Please message our team and speak with the Home Manager before booking. Mandatory additional terms may apply depending on your booking platform. Credit card processing fee may be required post-booking. In case of cancellation, the stated booking cancellation policy applies.

To maintain property and neighborhood harmony, we have important rules. Please read carefully.

1) No parties, visitors, or unapproved guests. Submit all guest names before booking. Government ID may be requested from the person who booked. A guest is anyone who will spend any amount of time at the property. Our strict guest policy ensures neighborhood peace and legal compliance. Exceeding capacity risks our permit, we may ask you to leave.

2) No pets allowed except for service animals as required by law.

3) No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, or similar (outside and indoors). Our state-of-the-art smoke detectors notify the fire department - $500 fee for false alarms or rule violations. City Code Section 41.50 B 18 b | High Brush Fire Zone | Prevent Wildfires | It’s the LAW.

4) Do not send mail to property before or after your reservation dates. If needed, send it to our office; we'll deliver to the property on your arrival day. We're not responsible for lost mail.

5) Quiet hours: 10:00pm to 8:00am to ensure peaceful atmosphere for all guests and neighbors. Property is located on Pacific Coast Highway. Guests are subject to hearing potential road noise and/or waves crashing.

7) Day of Arrival:
Let us know if you prefer self-check-in or a personal tour. Only the guest who booked can check in and must show their ID for security.

8) Check-In: We have a check-in window from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Early check-in is based upon availability and will need to be approved by our team. Please keep this in mind as the day of your arrival approaches. If you are arriving later than 6pm, please reach out to our team for approval.

Check Out: 10:00am. Late checkout is based upon availability and needs to be approved in advance. Our late check-out fee is $100 for every hour after 10:00am. Additionally, if you want to check-out after 12:00 pm, then you will need to pay a fee equal to one full day. Please keep this in mind as the day of your departure approaches.

9) When you are departing the property, please make sure that you do not leave anything behind. Our team is not responsible for Lost or Stolen Items. If our team finds a lost item, we will ship it back to the guest. The guest will be responsible for paying the shipping cost plus a $50 service fee.

10) Pre-Stocking: Choose from our available pre-stocking options with at least one week's notice. A $75 service fee applies to all requests.

11) Pool/hot tub: Never leave children unsupervised; no lifeguard on duty. No glassware; $1000 fee if glass is found. Use provided plasticware for safety. If kitchen lacks plasticware, please inform us. Please don't dispose of plasticware; wash and store them Pool heating: $100/day of your reservation; hot tub is free.

12) Parking: There is a garage that is able to accommodate two normal-sized cars. If you have a larger vehicle, then you can park it directly in front of the garage or in front of the gate.

Cleanliness:
We take our cleaning seriously. You can trust that our homes are thoroughly deep cleaned between guest visits. All of our homes have white hotel-style linens, white towels, toiletries for our guests, and well stocked kitchens with high-end appliances. Amid COVID-19, our cleaning intensified: surfaces wiped with hot water and disinfectants. All towels and linens washed, regardless of appearance; many hotels don't. Door handles and high-touch spots get extra care. Staff wears masks, gloves, and shoe coverings. Our exceptional cleaning surpasses CDC standards.

This property contains an exterior camera at the front door which is motion sensored and is active during guests stay.
