Guests will have access to the entire 3-story home, including the private lakefront pier (seasonal). On-site parking is provided for 4 vehicles, with 2 spaces in the garage and 2 spaces in the driveway area.

Getting Around:

A car is highly recommended to fully enjoy the South Lake Tahoe area and its surrounding attractions. The property provides four designated parking spots, including a two-car garage. While the estate feels secluded, it is only a short drive to the main thoroughfares leading to local ski resorts, grocery stores, and downtown dining.



Other Things to Note:

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates.



Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.



The outdoor kitchen is professionally serviced and reactivated for the summer season.



Please note the wood burning fireplace is unavailable.



4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

House Rules:
• No smoking
• Pets are not allowed
• No parties or events
• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
