Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house aside from a few locked closets on the interior that contain supplies and the upper garage which is also locked. Guests have use of the whole yard and dock but cannot touch the host’s boat or boat lift. The pool pump house is off-limits to guests.

Checkout: 11:00 AM
Self-check-in with a customized code for the smartlock.
No smoking.
No parties. All guests must be included on the booking reservation and only registered guests are allowed on the property.
Quiet time daily: 10pm-8am. Please be respectful of neighbors in the area.
Parking: Free parking is available in the driveway only. Please do not drive or park on the grass/yard areas and no parking on the street. Neither garage is available for any guest vehicles.
Due to owner and family allergies/asthma, all pets and emotional support animals are not permitted. No exceptions.
There are multiple closets in the house that are locked containing supplies which are off-limits to guests. Guests cannot use the host’s boat or boat lift. The pool equipment is off-limits to guests.
You must take off your outside shoes while in the house. There is a shoe rack and multiple shoe rugs at different entrances to accommodate this request. It can be a good idea to bring dedicated indoor shoes if you need.
Turn off all indoor lights and lock all doors and windows when leaving the house.
Children are not permitted in the sauna, even under the supervision of an adult.
All children must be supervised at all times around the pool and lake. Additionally, strictly no glassware is allowed in the pool area to prevent accidents and injuries.
Life jackets are provided and required for any lake activities.
Fish are not allowed to be gutted anywhere on the property.
No hunting.
Late check-out or early check-in can be granted on an individual basis.
The hosts are not responsible for any items lost while staying.
Do not take inside furniture outside and please no not rearrange furniture.
Please do not go to the bathroom anywhere outside/on the property as this can attract unwanted animals.
Accidents happen. If something gets damaged, please let us know so we can address it.
As we live near nature, the lake, and woods, you may see an occasional bug inside. We do our best to combat this yet it can still unfortunately happen and we do not refund for those instances.
Guests must immediately alert host to any issues regarding cleanliness, maintenance, repair request, etc. Any issue not reported within 3 hours of arrival is subject to compensation at the host’s discretion. Guests must allow host or technician to enter the property to address any issues after reporting. If guest is unresponsive, host will assume any issues are resolved. If the guest continues the stay after the issue is addressed, there would be no further recompense.
If Wi-Fi service or power is interrupted due to weather or other events outside of the host’s control, we cannot grant any refunds.
Occasionally, we may leave consumables left behind by previous guests if they are unopened. Ultimately, it’s up to the guests’ discretion to consume any of these and the host doesn’t have any responsibility for these consumables.
Failure to comply with any of the house rules can result in additional charges and/or immediate cancellation and removal from the property without a refund at the host’s discretion.
Lastly, because this is a VRBO community and not a hotel, it is also our home where we stay with family and friends too. Please be respectful of our property and belongings while you have fun and create memories.
