All bedrooms have a mirror, blackout shades, and work desk and chair. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, except for Bedroom 3.

*GENERAL HOUSE RULES*

We've created these guidelines to ensure a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable experience for all our guests. We appreciate your respect for our property and neighbors. Serious violations of house rules may result in fees or affect your reservation.

*Quiet hours: 10pm–8am: No loud music, parties, events, or disruptive behavior. Our home is equipped with a Minut smart sensor that monitors noise levels to help ensure a peaceful stay for everyone. Please respect our neighbors who help keep our home safe.

*No smoking: Absolutely no smoking (including e-cigarettes) anywhere on the premises, inside or outside. $500 smoke remediation fee applies.

*Lodging only: No parties or loud music. This space is for relaxation and leisure

*Shoes off please. We kindly ask that you remove your shoes when entering the home. It helps us keep the floors clean and comfortable for everyone. You may leave your shoes by the entryway.

*Do not trespass on neighbors' lawns

*Respect the property as you would your own home

*IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE*
We are not a childproof home. Heavy furniture is not wall-mounted, cleaning chemicals are in unlocked cabinets under the sink, and there are breakable items throughout. You accept full responsibility for all children at all times upon booking confirmation.

*PARKING*
Our driveway accommodates 2 vehicles, and the gravel accommodates 2 vehicles. Additional cars can park parallel in front of the house.

*AMENITY USE & ASSUMPTION OF RISK*
By using our amenities (hot tub, sauna, fire pit, arcade, kids' room toys), you assume all risk of injury or damage and accept full responsibility for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur.

PLEASE:
*Supervise children at all times around hot tub, sauna, fire pit, arcade, and toys
*Limit hot tub/sauna sessions to safe durations; avoid if pregnant or with certain medical conditions.
*Firepit: Never leave unattended when lit. Make sure the fire is put out every night and before leaving
*Hot Tub*: Shower before using the hot tub, and avoid lotions or oils. Please leave the hot tub ON for the ENTIRE duration of your stay if you intend on using it. Don't turn it off until you leave.
*Sauna: Leave the door slightly open to air it out after using.
*Use arcade equipment and toys appropriately

*PET RULES*
*Owner approval and pet fee required before arrival. Maximum 2 pets.
*Pick up after pets in the yard
*Damage or excess cleaning will result in fines

*HOUSE RULE VIOLATIONS*
We trust our guests to respect these guidelines. In the rare event of violations, the following fees apply to cover actual costs:

*Smoking: $500 remediation
*Unauthorized parties/events: $750+
*Undisclosed guests: $75/person/night
*Excessive noise complaints: $250
*Unauthorized pets: $400+
*Property damage: Repair/replacement cost

GUEST ACCESS
The home is self check-in and guests will be provided with a keyless entry code prior to arrival. You'll have access to the entire home, with the exception of one storage closet and the sheds in the backyard.
