Welcome to the ideal family retreat in Härryda, just 20 minutes from Goteborg central, and less than 10 minutes from Göteborg Landvetter Airport. Our modern and beautifully built 4-bedroom home set in a peaceful forested neighborhood. Our home is where families connect, children play freely, and mornings start with coffee on the deck.

The house is only four years old and everything inside is in pristine condition. Designed with families in mind, it features four comfortable bedrooms: a master with a king-sized 180cm bed, a second bedroom with a 140cm double, a third with a 90cm single, and a fourth with a sturdy bunk bed (two 90cm mattresses). Fresh linens and towels are provided for every guest, along with extras like a high chair and portable travel cot for young children.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and enjoy meals together: a new oven, microwave, toaster, drip coffee machine, and even a double air fryer. There’s plenty of cookware, serving ware, and even children’s plates and cutlery. Dine inside at the spacious table, or step out onto the deck for relaxed outdoor meals while the kids explore the large grass lawn.

Outside, the garden is a haven for families. A playhouse, slide, and open space offer hours of entertainment, while parents can unwind or squeeze in a quick workout with the chin-up bar and weights on the deck. The lake is just 150 meters away, which is calm, clean, and perfect for swimming, paddleboarding, or simply relaxing by the water.

The living room and master bedroom each have large HD TVs for movie nights or quiet downtime. Board games, puzzles, Lego, and art supplies keep children happily occupied. The largest of the two bathrooms has a deep bathtub that is perfect for soaking after a day outdoors and there’s a washing machine, dryer, drying rack, and outdoor space for drying aundry too.

Child safety gates are installed at the top and bottom of the stairs, and there’s ample cupboard space in every room for folding or hanging clothes. You will also find all the essentials you need for a comfortable stay, including soap, shampoo, conditioner, olive oil, spices, a hairdryer, ironing board, and iron.

There is a gym, two supermarkets, and multple restarurants a few minutes down the road, and Goteborg`s best restaurants, museums, and Lisebergs amusement park, are only 20 minutes drive away.

This home is ideal for families looking for nature, comfort, and calm without sacrificing convenience. Whether you are planning a long stay or a weekend escape, you will find everything here ready for your arrival.

Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire house and garden during your stay. This includes all four bedrooms, two bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas, laundry facilities, and the outdoor deck with gym equipment. The large private garden, playhouse, and children’s slide are all yours to enjoy. Free parking is available on the property, and guests are welcome to use the lake for swimming and recreation. It a couple of minutes walk from the house.

You can use the EV charger for 80 SEK per day (number of nights booked x 80 SEK = amount it will cost). Let us know and we can give you access to the EV charger and we can send you a request via Airbnb for the EV charger fee.
