The first floor offers a living space complete with comfortable seating and tv. There are two guest bedrooms on this floor. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and an attached bathroom. The next bedroom has two twin-over-twin bunk beds (sleeping four total) and a private bathroom with a shower only.

The second level of the home is where you will find the main living space and gourmet kitchen. This floor is filled with natural sun light from sunrise to sunset and and open concept living for all to gather but have plenty of space to relax. The kitchen offers plentiful countertop space, stainless steel appliances. The stylish dining table offers seating for eight guests and barstool seating for three. There is a guest bedroom on this floor with a king size bed, access to a balcony with seating, and a private bathroom with a shower only.

The third floor provides an additional seating space, mini bar, and balcony with views of the Gulf and Eastern Lake. The master bedroom is on this floor with a king size bed and private bathroom with walk-in shower and soaking tub. The last bedroom offers two full size beds, a shared balcony and shared access to the hallway bathroom with a shower only.

- No events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply.
- No pet home. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the no pet policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional cleaning charges.
- Garage is not for guest usage
- Parking for only two vehicles in the driveway* there is no overflow parking
- Property does have a Ring camera on the front door for security purposes

Reservation/Booking Policy
- Minimum Age: All properties require a minimum of one adult over the age of 26 to be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
- Except for a $250 Cancellation Fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
- Cleaning: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.
