We are dog friendly and allow up to two dogs per stay for a $150 pet fee; we do not allow any other species of pet. This is non-negotiable.

We have a strict dog only pet policy. There is a $150.00 pet fee and a maximum of two dogs allowed at the property. If you plan to bring your dog(s) along, please be sure it is included in your reservation at confirmation. Unauthorized pets at this property will result in a $100.00 reservation violation fee in addition to the standard $150.00 pet fee. Thank you in advance for both your compliance and understanding of our pet policies.
No smoking indoors. A $250 fee will be charged to guests after departure if evidence of smoking cigarettes or marijuana indoors is detected.
Any and all acts by guest(s) and/or its invitees, that result in damages to the property or its contents, whether such act was intentional or the result of negligence will allow the host and or owner to deduct from the security deposit any and all cost incurred or to be incurred in returning the property or its contents to its original state and/or replace the item(s) as needed.
