Welcome to your private retreat in beautiful Salem! This pristine, fully renovated first-floor unit is part of our owner-occupied two-family home and offers the perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and convenience. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood just steps from Salem Common, a small public beach, walking paths, downtown attractions, and the train station, you can easily explore everything Salem has to offer — no car needed.

The Space
Designed with comfort and quality in mind, this high-end unit comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests and features:

Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances

Two bedrooms with luxury organic cotton bedding and premium mattresses

Two full bathrooms with beautifully tiled showers and floors

Comfortable living area with leather couches

High-top dining table and kitchen counter seating

Covered private deck and additional private patio space

The unit has its own private side entrance accessed via the shared driveway. There are a few exterior steps with a railing leading into the home, but once inside, the entire space is conveniently located on one level.

Guests have access to:
A covered first-floor deck
A small private patio
One designated parking space in the shared driveway
A guest-only hot tub may also be available during your stay. While availability cannot be guaranteed, we do our best to keep it maintained and ready for guest use whenever possible.

4 guests maximum, children count as guests

The front door and front hallway are private areas and are not accessible to guests.
