3rd floor 1 bedroom apartment which has been newly renovated located in a quiet family home. This house is over 100 years old. You have the entire 3rd floor apartment. This home is owner occupied. Walking distance to downtown Salem as well as the Train if you wanted to head into Boston for the Day. Experience what Salem has to offer with a stay at our apartment. Whether you're exploring the historic sites, enjoying the local cuisine, or simply relaxing in the charming atmosphere, this is the perfect home base for your Salem adventure. Book now and make unforgettable memories with your fellow guests. Everything is within a 10 minute walk.

We spent a few very comfortable days here while we were visiting friends and family in the area. We had everything we needed and more! Short walk to old town Salem, food nearby, very responsive host, easy check in and easy parking. This place has it all! Extremely quaint but has all modern amenities. We felt very welcomed and we highly recommend this property! Be aware there are stairs but that’s super common in all older homes in New England.

This was in a nice quiet neighborhood area in Salem. Still walkable to all the downtown shops and restaurants. The apartment is way bigger than it looked in the pictures and we felt very comfortable as soon as we checked in. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Salem.

Wonderful stay for my daughter and I

My daughter and I had a weekend stay at this lovely apartment. It was incredibly clean, they were meticulous with making sure we had anything we needed, and the comforts shown. The hosts were there if we needed anything and responded immediately. We loved this place! When we return we plan to stay here again.

What a wonderful place for a Salem and surrounding areas getaway. The apartment was just as listed...newly renovated with a great kitchen, bathroom and living/sleeping spaces. As others have mentioned, it's a much larger space than their photos would have you believe. And, our host Sue gave us great recommendations for places in the area for lunches and dinners. If our travels bring us back to Salem area, we'll be sure to stay there again!

I have stayed at many properties and I can truly say this one tops them all… Super clean and and the cutest neighborhood… We walked to all of the downtown hotspot locations and it is super close to a couple of breakfast stops as well as a gas station and a local liquor store… The host definitely paid attention to every detail of this day, including the snack bags of chips that came in handy after late nights… The area is very peaceful and we were able to communicate with the host effortlessly through text messages… I cannot wait for this property to open up again for next year‘s fall season because we would book it again right now we enjoyed it that much…

We loved staying here. It was clean, cozy, & charming. The hosts made it so nice. We appreciated the little shampoos and snacks, because my husband forgot his shampoo. The bed was so comfy. I told my husband I want to do our bathroom tile the same way. I wish I’d taken a pic. It’s located so conveniently to everything. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderfully Quaint & Comfortable

This little apartment is actually quite spacious and provides all of the comforts you could need. It is located in a great part of town with an easy walk into Salem. The property manager was very quick to respond and provided all of the info we needed prior to arrival. We would happily stay here again if we found ourselves returning to Salem in the future

This was the perfect place for us to stay and enjoy the charm and history of Salem! My wife and even loved the smell as you went into the entryway of the house you could tell it is a home that matches the history of the town. The apartment was clean and have everything we needed. The host communicated very well and was on top of anything we needed. The walk to downtown Salem was not very far and made it easy to not have to try and park downtown where there are parking hour limits on many lots.

5 star stay in Salem. Clean and cozy. The host provided everything we needed from toiletries to cooking oil, spices, coffee, snacks and even a luxe bar of soap to take home along with a $25 giftcard for Starbucks. The place was brand new with all the amenities we could ever need/want. I would highly recommend staying here.

Magical Salem Getaway

As a single traveler- I absolutely loved this place! The location was perfect, just a quick 15 minute walk to downtown Salem!! Not to mention the neighborhood was just as beautiful and lovely to take walks through in the evening. Sue and Nick were both amazing hosts and responded to my messages in such a quick manner! The space felt so homey, you could definitely tell they put a lot of love I to how it looks and feels for their guests. When I come back to salem I will definitely be rebooking with them!!

The owners were wonderful to work with. They were very friendly and quick with communication. They went out of their way to make the stay perfect for our mother/daughter trip. The location is within walking distance of downtown Salem and the train station. Very clean! I highly recommend staying here! We will be back!
