Real Estate: Therapy - Lake, Laundry, Love it

This is what happens when a realtor and an expressive-therapist make a vacation home. You get a decent property, in a good location​ with little things to help you de-stress, have fun and connect with friends and family. 18 minutes from downtown Lee, in the private Sherwood Forest Community with lake access, laundry, and a level-2 EV charger, this 1470 sq. ft home built in 1987 rejuvenates. We hope you will leave here a little more relaxed, recharged or maybe even a little bit happier.

Set on a 3/4 acre lot in the peaceful and serene forest this home has hardwood floors, granite counters, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator/freezer and washer/dryer. The open concept living room, kitchen/dining area is a bit tight but can definitely accommodate 6. The beds and linens are comfortable and good quality. We hope and expect you to have a good night's sleep and be well fed. Kitchen has all the basic tools you need to cook a meal.

Guests can access all of the spaces in this property. We should note that the laundry is in the basement and can only be accessed by going outside.

Fiberoptic internet connection can easily handle most guests needs.

Guests also have access to the lake at the designated areas and can feel free to use our canoe and paddle board at the boat beach and bicycles located in the basement.

Electric vehicle charging is available free of charge.

The hot water has a slight sulfery smell at times which is most noticeable in the shower. We use cold, Brita filtered water for drinking and cooking.

There are air-conditioning window units in the main living area and the primary bedroom. The A/C units are only available in the warm months and may not be installed in the spring or fall. If this is of high importance to you, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

To use the car charger, you may need to download the Voltie app, which admittedly is not great. We're working on a better solution. If you're in a jam, there are fast chargers at the Lee Premium Outlet Mall. Feel free to bring your own charger if you'd like.

Although we cannot guarantee the bbq grill propane tanks will be full upon your arrival, if they are empty, you can exchange the tank at the local Sherwood Shoppe and we will reimburse you.

The upstairs bed is a split king size, where each side can be adjusted on its own.

Firewood is not provided but can be purchased at the Sherwood Shoppe which is a 3 minute drive from the house or through the small vendor on the side of the main road as you drive in from Lee, MA.

Maximum occupancy of 6, and maximum of 4 cars, strictly enforced.
