Neu renovierte Einheit mit Kamin im Hauptraum, Bad, Schlafzimmer (Queen) und KĂŒchenzeile. Das GerĂ€t hat auch einen Futon, der Schlaf fĂŒr zwei weitere Personen bieten kann. Der Eingang befindet sich auf einer Veranda, auf der Sie sich bei einem Glas Wein entspannen können. Das GerĂ€t ist mit HD-TV und WiFi ausgestattet. The management was great and took care of us. The townhouse they upgraded us to without an up charge (due to the cleaning person being unable to clean the unit as she was ill) was spacious, clean, and provided a lot of amenities. The only slight negative was the unit smelled a bit musty, nothing a scented candle couldn't fix, and it could use some updating but the location was great, management was great, and we felt very safe. We enjoyed our stay very much. I would highly recommend staying there.

The location was great. Right in town, walking distance to many stores, restaurants and bars. Close driving distance to other towns as well. The communication with the host, Jeff, was easy. There is a coin-operated laundry facility in the rear property that is accessible which was nice. The only issue was that the floors were not cleaned well at all. There was so much dust and pet hair that our allergies went crazy! I understand the place is pet friendly and we've stayed in pet friendly places before, but the floors need to be cleaned and the blanket of the couch needs to be washed to get the pet dander out. You could see the cobwebs and layers of dust in the corners and on the baseboards. Be aware, if you have any type of allergies they may be triggered.

Location was excellent! Everything in walking distance, and short drive to Tanglewood, The bedroom and shower are a small space but clean. Very comfortable living room space. Kitchenette small but manageable. Unfortunately the tray for the toaster oven was gross and stuck to the top of the toaster oven. Toaster oven itself was usable. Nice place to stay for a weekend but any longer could be a little uncomfortable. Outdoor grounds were beautiful!

Had a wonderful stay here, would highly recommend and stay again! Host communicated well, was open to us extending our stay by one day. Lovely neighbors. Pet-friendly. Comfortable furniture. Laundry facility in another building on the property. Kitchen was great- not pictured well on the listing, but though small it is completely stocked. Sizeable mini fridge, 2-burner hotplate and sizeable toaster oven, so even without a stove/range there are still full cooking facilities. Lots of pots, pans, appliances. Centrally located. Easy parking. Quick car ride to Tanglewood, hiking areas, grocery stores. Walkable to many good restaurants.

charming, comfortable and conveniently located

3 day holiday getaway, my husband and our 2 pups. A hike in nearby trails in the woods, enjoyed Lee downtown eateries and shops. Beautiful winter wonderland in the Berkshires. The guest rental was perfect!!! Warm, spacious, comfortable, perfect location.

The property was fine for our purposes of visiting family. If we needed to cook, it would have been quite difficult, though not totally impossible. The furniture was comfortable and the rooms, except the kitchen, had plenty of space.

A very cozy apartment

We loved the apartment. The decoration is quite comfortable and full of personality, not like a neutral hotel room! I always loved being there!Even though it is on Main Street the nights were very quiet. An easy walk to nice restaurants and shops. All in all a very good experience!

Liked the 3 room suite, and 100 year old oak interior and the front porch, esp. as time went on. Walk to many restaurants, some only open in Fall after Wednesday. Some of the old doors fit like old doors, not unexpected, and felt like home away from home as time went on. Liked Fridge, coffee maker and small kitchen that we hardly used, but would have used more if longer stay.

Charming apartment in a great location.

The “Dolly” unit is a charming apartment with a private front porch looking out on the Main Street in Lee. The location could not have been any better. Plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance on Main Street. A very short drive to Tanglewood, downtown Lenox, and many other area attractions. The apartment itself is comfortable with plenty of room for two. It does not have a full kitchen (bar sink, small fridge and toaster oven) but is well equipped. Parking was convenient, right behind the house. Great place to stay.

COMFORTABLE AND CONVENIENT

As others have commented, the location on Main Street in Lee is nearby to most of the wonders the Berkshires offer. We visited Melville’s Arrowhead, Wharton’s The Mount, High Lawn Farm for ice cream, Mount Greylock’s Summit...I even managed a horseback trail ride in nearby Stephentown, NY. Celebrating our 55th Anniversary, we highly recommend fine dining at CafĂ© Triskele, only two doors down from our small, but warmly comfortable apartment. The apartment included inviting front porch seating which provided a restful delight after our daily adventures. The owner, Jeff, was most pleasant and accommodating. While not luxurious, our stay was fully pleasant and at times even magical. I can’t imagine your not embracing your stay here as we did, along with my Fidelco German Shepherd Guide Dog, Dublin.đŸŸ

A Great Home Base for Berkshire Visit

This property is an excellent location for a visit to the Berkshires. Only minutes from Tanglewood and other local attractions, it's located in the town center within walking distance of a number of good restaurants. The unit itself is very clean and comfortable, and perfect for a quick getaway. It's also pet friendly, and our two pups enjoyed their stay as well. The owner, Jeff, was very responsive and the entire process was very smooth. We would definitely stay again when we return to the area.
