Casa Livernana heißt Sie in Cómpeta willkommen – in ruhiger Lage mit malerischem Blick auf Meer und Berge. Die komplett renovierte Villa bietet auf 110 m² Platz für bis zu 4 Gäste. Es gibt 2 geräumige Schlafzimmer und 1 großes Familienbad. Die voll ausgestattete Küche verfügt über eine Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine mit einer begrenzten Anzahl an Kapseln. Zu den Annehmlichkeiten zählen WLAN (videotauglich), Klimaanlage, Fernseher und Waschmaschine. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern stehen ein Babybett und ein Hochstuhl bereit.



Im privaten Garten, auf der überdachten oder offenen Terrasse können Sie entspannen, sonnenbaden und den Meer- sowie Bergblick genießen. Ein eigener Grill lädt zu Mahlzeiten im Freien ein, eine Außendusche sorgt für Erfrischung. Der private Außenpool ist von April bis Oktober geöffnet.



Ein privater Parkplatz steht Ihnen zur Verfügung. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt, Rauchen und Veranstaltungen sind untersagt.



Die Umgebung bietet zahlreiche Aktivitäten wie Strandbesuche, Wandern in den Bergen sowie Straßen- und Mountainbiking.

Pros: Wonderful 2 weeks at Casa Livernana. The villa is very well kept with a beautiful garden and terrace. The views are stunning, something we never tired of and appreciated every time we arrived back at the villa. After mornings spent exploring we spent afternoons in the pool, relaxing in various areas of the large outdoor space - the outdoor kitchen was a huge bonus. The owner is very helpful and always quick to reply.

Pros: We have enjoyed our stay at the villa very much, it's a great place to be at a very nice spot with a nice view (sea sight) and close to interesting cities and equally interesting villages. The villa itself is very comfortable and well equiped, very well maintained and the almost private road to the villa is an attraction on its own every day again. If you like fresh fish, salads, tapas and a good cup of coffee you have plenty of opportunity to enjoy the good things in life. Malaga and Granada are at an hour driving distance, and a visit to the Alhambra is a great pleasure. We will definitely go back and bring some close relatives to share this experience!

Pros: We have been over the years in many houses in the area but this is the best so far. Why? Location: not to high so a nice breeze, in the middle between competa and the coast. The road to the house is concrete, thats a big pro in this area. And yes it steep but after a few times it is actually not that difficult. The house: nice, comfortable rooms, great outside areas and outdoor kitchen We loved the privacy. Great views to the valley and to the sea. The house was very well maintained. Is there anything that wasn't good? Well actually not. The only thing we could imagine is to renovate the bathroom somewhere in the coming years.

Pros: We’ve had a fabulous holiday. Beautiful views on the mountains as well as the sea! It’s quiet and the villa has lots of privacy. A concrete road leads one from the Torrox-Competa road to the villa. A nice swimming pool, a fantastic outdoor kitchen with BBQ and gas hob. During our stay it was very hot, however there was a nice cool sea breeze. So we didn’t miss the air conditioning. The wifi is good. The villa is not far from the beach: 10-15 minutes by car. The white villages (like Competa, Frigiliana, Torrox and Sayalonga) are close by. Malaga and Granada can be reached within the hour. Walking and cycling can be done from the house. But also in the Sierra Nevada and the Alpujarras. The stay was excellent. We’ve had pleasant contact with the owner. We hope to come back next year to enjoy the fine villa Livernana and the beautiful surroundings

Pros: A very smooth beginning to the holiday and communication with the agent in Spain to arrange the meeting place and time. He spoke good English and took the time to show us around the villa including where light switches etc were. The villa is located down a very steep concrete track, which initially looks quite daunting, but is perfectly manageable and would only become difficult if you meet someone coming the other way ) this is unlikely as it's very quiet!) The villa itself was very clean with everything you need. The outside area again was very clean and tidy and quite impressive. The only downside for us was the pool light didn’t work so we couldn’t use the pool once it was darker. We enjoyed using the outside seating area but found that it was also very popular with wasps and with two children, ended up eating quite a lot of meals inside so that we didn’t have constant arms waving and squealing. There are mosquito nets attached to all the windows which is really useful, but it’s worth knowing that it doesn’t stop the tiny biting flies that are prevalent in the area getting in and biting. The villa looks exactly like it does in the advert so you definitely won’t be disappointed and the views are spectacular. It is incredibly peaceful and I don’t think we heard other people the whole time we were there. There are plenty of local supermarkets, but it’s worth knowing that they do not open at all on a Sunday and it’s almost impossible to find a food shop that is open on a Sunday as we found out! The local beach resort of Torrox Costa has a nice beach and plenty of restaurants and shops along a nice promanade.

Pros: Alles war super. Der Pool bei Vollmond war das absolute Highlight. Cons: War alles gut. Evtl wenn einer ängstlich Auto fährt, dann ist Weg zu diesem Haus gewöhnungsbedürftig (Eng, steil und kurvieg).

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit. We had a marvellous time.

Pros: Sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber, sehr gut beschrieben. Die Fenster haben alle Insektenschutzgitter und Außenjalousien. Es gab viele Möglichkeiten, über den Tag verteilt Schattenbereiche herzustellen. Die Lage ist ruhig, allerdings lässt es sich nicht ausschließen, dass man durch die Lage am Hang/im Tal von anderen Objekten etwas hören kann, wenn es dort lauter ist. Kam bei uns aber nur an einem Wochenende und zeitlich begrenzt vor. Während unseres Aufenthalts war es einige entscheidende Grad wärmer als normal. Die Ventilatoren in den Schlafzimmern haben wir daher sehr gut gebrauchen können. Very well equipped, very clean and precisely described. All windows have insects screens and Persian blinds. There are several possibilities to generate shadowy placed. The house is quietly located. Sometimes you can hear people in other locations (due to valley) if they are louder than usual (just a few short times). The fans in the bedrooms were very welcomed because of the very warm period. Cons: Die Anfahrt ab der Hauptstraße haben andere Gäste als "anfangs steil" beschrieben. Das stimmt. Mein Mann ist ein wirklich geübter Fahrer, auch in den Bergen, und er hatte bis zum Ende unseres Aufenthalts deutlichen Respekt vor diesen letzten 600 Metern. The last part of the driveway (between house and main road) is a challenge (steep parts!) even for an experienced driver. It has earned out to rent a SUV.

Très bien équipée, tant à l'intérieur qu à l extérieur, nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances en août 2021. Un seul point négatif, la clim absente sur ce bien. Amoureux de la détente et du soleil, n'hésitez plus !
