Super location for relaxing holiday
The house is in a perfect location, 5 minutes drive from Frigiliana and about 10 minutes from the central car park of Nerja. We met the owners Antonio and Loli at the nearby petrol station by the A7 exit and followed them up to the house. All the features, lights etc were shown to us whilst our paperwork was checked, passport copied etc.The house was very clean and had changes of bedding and towels. There was a well stocked kitchen in terms of crockery, cutlery and so on which is not always the case when renting property. Appliances were useful like dishwasher, washing machine and although there was a tv we never switched it on during a two week stay.The main selling point of this house is the amazing pool area and large garden surrounding the property. We spent many lazy hours sitting on the terrace and by the pool depending on the temperature which peaked at early 30âs with quite intense heat at times. The pool was a godsend and the water temp was just right, never too chilly or warm. It was also immaculately clean and was cleaned during our stay. The garden had itâs own lemon and avocado trees and tomato/strawberry plants which the owners were happy for us to help ourselves to. All of them tasted superb. As a base in Axarquia and easily accessible to some lovely towns and villages it would be hard to beat this house. We were very pleased with it and really enjoyed our stay. Hopefully we will be back sometime soon.
