This home is very comfortable and stocked with everything you need. A great dock to tie up the boat, fishing lights, a great pool and so close to Estes Flats. We cannot wait to come back this fall and bring our dog.

Upon arrival, the stairs to the upstairs were very dirty as if they hadn’t been swept of leaves in a while. The pool was green as well. We had to notify the management company to send someone out there & then we couldn’t swim the rest of that day. This was very frustrating as we paid premium to have a house with a pool and they couldn’t even bother to ensure it was ready upon arrival. They even told us it was cleaned 2x week which the pool guy even laughed at that. I notified the company of several other issues with the house & all they ever replied was “thank you for letting me know”. We were not too happy with the overall stay but made do

Great family stay at this property, and it worked well for our large group. The home was clean and generally solid condition, the sleeping space matched the listing, and there were enough dishes and silverware for everyone. The neighborhood felt very safe, Local community beach was conveniently nearby and met our needs, and the local chain grocery handled both regular and specialty items.However, several issues mentioned in a previous review still have not been addressed. The cookware was scratched Teflon and not suitable for use; either guests should be clearly told to bring their own, or it should be replaced. The two dishwasher detergent cubes provided were also inadequate, so guests should be advised to bring dish soap and detergent.We encountered maintenance problems: a loose sink faucet that was reported but not repaired during our stay; multiple broken window blinds; a damaged barstool; and a broken toilet paper dispenser, all reported promptly. There appeared to be an electrical issue with the fan and lights in the second-floor living room, and both basement ceiling fans were not working.One disappointment was the focus on charging for early check-in and late checkout. In my Vrbo experience, many hosts accommodate reasonable early arrival or late departure at no extra cost when they can. Here it felt like poor hosting etiquette and perhaps inexperience.Overall recommendation: This is a solid four-star property in a safe area, and we will consider renting it again

So the place was beautiful. However, what was disappointing was it was understocked in the sense of what you needed in the kitchen to accommodate meals. The kitchen sink faucet, that was automatic, was always going off at odd times and it's pretty much broken with absolutely no hot water available. We had to just make do with it. When we went into the bathrooms or anywhere that you'd need soap or even shampoo, there were bottles there. But they were all empty. So we had to purchase all that, even dishwasher soap. It did not make sense to have all these bottles sitting around as if there was product only to discover they were empty. So it looked nice, but it was deceiving.One of the room did not have a working fan, which made it pretty hot. Multiple blinds were broken in several of the windows.Again the place was lovely, but paying the large amt that we paid and not getting the level of just basic supplies was pretty frustrating. As well as the kitchen experience. We were not going to go buy a whole set of pots and pans just to cook for the four days we were there. We also reached out to the host multiple times asking what were the checkout guidelines. Nobody ever responded, and the very least is they could have just told us they didn't have any guidelines.In fact, in the message that they send to the renters, it tells you to reach out to them if you have any questions about checkout.
