Walk into the first floor of this home, and you are in the game room with a pool table and seating area to play games. There is a full bathroom with a shower on the first floor and a sleeper sofa in the game room. Interior steps take you upstairs to the main living area., a gorgeous fully stocked kitchen with a wrap-around bar with seating for six and a dining table for 8. An oversized sectional couch for plenty of seating to relax and watch your favorite team while taking a break from fishing. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms are off the main living area. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a private screened-in porch. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, and the third bedroom has both a queen and twin bed which share the third full bathroom. There is also a desk that overlooks Copano Bay for working from home.
