Luxury WaterFront Home located on the inter-coastal waterway, minutes from the main public Deerfield beach, restaurants, activities, and shopping. 5 bedrooms, 3 1/2 Baths, Sleeps up to 10 guests. Perfect for family vacations and the boater that wants to tie up on our private dock!

House is on the King Fisher Canal in a residential neighborhood.

Guests can park up to 4 cars in the driveway.

It is minutes to the main beach front in Deerfield, 30 minutes to Ft Lauderdale Convention Center, Ft Lauderdale Downtown and close to every amenity you can imagine from Shopping Malls, Airports, Hospitals, All major retail stores, Boca Raton Town Center Mall, Boca Raton Mizner Mall, Sawgrass Mills Mall, Watersports, Fitness Centers, Golf courses, Spas, Fishing, Kayaking, Parasailing, Snorkeling, Diving, Bahia Mar, Restaurants - you name it! This is a beautiful home in a nice, quiet area. It had lots of room for all of us and the kitchen was huge and well-appointed. We made lots of meals there and ate outside on the shaded porch next to the pool. The home is close to beaches and stores. We had a wonderful time and would come again :)

Wedding/Week Vacation!

We could not have asked for a better place to stay on our week vacation! The house looks exactly how described and viewed in pictures but walking into it in person you still can't help but be amazed. Everything is top of the line and well kept and it was prefect location to anything we needed. We had planned on going out to eat and bars but found ourselves not wanting to leave! We will definitely be planning a trip back around when this house is available to rent and stay in!

We had a great week at Deerfield Beach. The house was terrific - great accomodation for 3 couples, lots of room and very comfortable! The house was clean and the owner was available to discuss any questions we had. The location was ideal, close to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. We spent some time at the area's beautiful beaches, had some wonderful meals, did some great shopping and overall had a really great vacation. Would rent this property again in a heartbeat!! Thanks!!

Friends Getaway

We had 7 adults, ages 55 and over, and had plenty of room inside and outside around the pool. The location of the property is excellent, a mile or so to the beach, pier, grocery store and lots of delicious restaurants, bars and shops. The pool was sparkling clean the whole week we were there. We had trouble accessing the lock box at check in but Rick helped remedy that situation.

Another day in Paradise

We enjoyed every aspect of the house from the spacious kitchen to the comfortable beds and the fabulous backyard. The owner/host was more than responsive when I reached out to him. The quaint Neighborhood was great for walking during the morning hours. A variety of shopping was all within minutes of the house. And we lucked out with perfect weather. I highly recommend this “paradise” for a perfect vacation home with family and/or friends. See you next year God willing!!!

One week stay was just not enough! Perfect location, conviently located near beach ~ stores and restaurants etc. Beautiful property ~ just as pictures show... Pool/patio area on waterfront is awesome with picturesque sundowns! Kitchen is every woman's dream.... if you feel like cooking while on vacation.... otherwise nearby restaurants (2 George's & Bobs pizza, Flannigan's etc. great food. Beach & Fishing Pier 5 min drive over bridge, so nice & clean will leave you not wanting to travel any farther.... Highly recommend this property.
