Dieses Gerät befindet sich im 6. Stock und ist eine wunderbare 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder Eigentumswohnung. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen unglaublichen offenen Balkon mit Blick auf den Pool des Ocean Manor Resort und den Atlantik.

Die Eigentumswohnung befindet sich in Privatbesitz und wird vor jedem Check-in gründlich gereinigt. Das Gerät ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Das Parken wird von einem privat geführten Unternehmen zur Verfügung gestellt. Ab dem 1. Januar 2019 betragen die Kosten 10 USD / Tag.

Diese Wohnung verfügt über einen hellen Keramikfliesenboden und weiße Wände. Die Wohnung ist eine helle Einheit, mit großen raumhohen Fenstern und Glasschiebetüren zum Balkon. Nice 2 bedroom with a balcony facing the ocean, tiki bar & pool. The unit and the Ocean Manor property as a whole are a little dated but overall it was a nice stay. The only part that bothered me was their handicap route to the beach/pool/tiki bar area is the service elevator. You have to take an all-metal smelly service elevator to the basement where the hotel workers lockers are, where they are washing all the hotel's towels, etc. It’s a pretty dingy down there, not a great place to have to pass through several times a day.

The tiki bar is really fun. A place you can have breakfast in the morning and food & drinks late into the evening. There is a jukebox with a variety of music and all the sports on the tv screens covering all the sporting events.

This 2 BR/2b condo directly on The Galt Mile was perfect for our stay in Fort Lauderdale while we were in town for The Florida Derby. The property sits in a very walkable neighborhood.The views from the balcony are superb. The floor to ceiling window in the bedroom offered a spectacular 24-7 pool and ocean view! The tiki and restaurant made it easy to stay at the property. We had everything we could possibly need including beach gear and easy to follow information to guide us through the stay. Streaming, DVD's, and reading literature all made our stay feel like at home. It was great having a washer/dryer in unit to launder our clothing as we were flying out of Fort Lauderdale after the derby weekend. Two shirts were left behind and Christina was gracious enough to offer a solution! I can't say enough about Christina and her condo. We have recommended the condo to friends and we would love to return ourselves! Thank you for hosting us Christina!

The unit has a stunning ocean view and view of sunrise from all rooms and deck. The unit is updated. The listing said no one under 25 and no parties. I mistakenly thought that went for the whole property. Unfortunately the complex was overwhelmed with spring break kids, partying until 3 or 4 a.m. also I did not find the unit to be as clean as other reviewers. The drip coffee pot was very dirty with visible dirt. There were no cleaning supplies to clean counters, used hand wipes. The beach chairs were rusty. The tiki hut has great food but it was over crowded with spring breakers. were rusty.

Glad you enjoyed your vacation at our condo. The condos along the water that a allowed to rent out their condos in Fort Lauderdale are usually condo hotels because the status allows for short term rentals. The condo rented was a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo directly on the ocean with direct ocean views. The building being a condo hotel provide amenities like the tiki bar restaurant on the beach by the pool, an Italian restaurant off of the lobby, a hair salon / spa off of the lobby, souvenir shop, coffee shop and a atm machine in the lobby area. We hope that our guests enjoy these at the condo during their vacation. Lauderdale by the sea is 1 mile north and Fort Lauderdale beach is 1 mile south where a a bunch of shops and restaurants are there to be enjoyed. within a short 10 minute walk of the condo there is a grocery store, pharmacy, souvenir shop, restaurants, wine shops and much more.

The condo was as described, very organized, confortable, clean. There were pool noodles, a boogie board, 3 beach chairs and one beach umbrella that we rigged to keep open. The balcony was loud sometimes, music, construction and pressure washer in the mornings. It also smelled of smoke sometimes, lots of smokers. We smelled of skunk smoke all over the resort. The first day we were there was spring break,. lobby was absolute mayhem with college kids sitting around in bathing suits etc. When we went to the pool there was a security guard who checked my pool bag and asked if we had firearms or alcohol. I was with my kids. The tiki bar that day was crazy loud and packed, as was the pool. Luckily we were there only for the last two days of college break so once they were gone it was much calmer. The construction was still very loud, even on the beach. But the Tiki bar was great. The drinks (make sure you order the special cocktail as it is half price but same quality) and food were delicious, the best seafood that I had,, and amazing breakfast every morning. The chair and umbrella service was great. The poolside service is very convenient, the tip is included, you might miss that on the bill

Beach view

We had a great stay at this condo. The tiki bar and restaurants had excellent food and drinks. Loved the view and the convenience of being so close to the beach.

Condo with a great view!

The condo had a great ocean view! Great place to stay. The host was super nice and accommodating! Can’t wait to go back.

We love Fort Lauderdale and have been searching for a long time to find a condo building that suited our lifestyle.

We fell in love with this building because of its fantastic location. Right on the beach :) and the idea that it is a condo hotel. Since the property is a condo hotel we can rent it out on a weekly basis and it does not sit empty while we are too busy to come for a holiday. We love the idea that we can share our place to relax with our guests when we are not here.

Das macht diese Unterkunft einzigartig

The condo is located on the Galt Ocean Mile which is directly on the beach. There is not a road or any obstruction between us and the ocean & beach. The beach & ocean just a short elevator ride down to the ground floor and a few steps away. In addition to having the beach right at your feet, if you are not into swimming in the ocean there is a wonderful heated pool with a Tiki bar.
There is a grocery store, lots of restaurants, CVS, liquor store and much much more all within a short walk. If you don't want to rent a car you can still easily enjoy your stay without a car. :)
