Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home on an acre of property backing up to the Leonora Curtin Wetland Preserve. You'll enjoy 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a spacious and well-stocked kitchen, large portal and walled-in courtyard. The sunken living room features a leather sofa, two ottomans that can double as seating, and two chairs, with plenty of space for gathering. Eat breakfast at the kitchen bar or enjoy meals in the light-filled dining room. Note: The home does not have AC.

The space
The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and large, walk-in closet. It is located at the end of the hallway on the opposite side of the home for extra privacy.

The other two bedrooms each feature queen-size beds. They share a jack-and-jill bathroom with two sinks, lots of storage, toilet, and bathtub/shower combination.

The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, with two bar areas for enjoying breakfast and snacks. A dedicated dining space is attached the the kitchen. It has seating for 8 in a light-filled room.

The kitchen overlooks the sunken living room in the center of the home.

The home has two large outdoor spaces: a walled-in front courtyard where pets can play safely and a covered portal overlooking open space behind the home.

The driveway provides ample space for parking. The garage is not available for tenant use.

The home, courtyard, backyard, back portal, and driveway are accessible. The garage is locked and not available for tenant use.

Other things to note
The home is heated by radiant floor heating. We do not have air conditioning. We do have a movable swamp cooler available for use inside or outside. Most of the rooms have ceiling fans. The temperature inside the home stays relatively cool because it is an adobe home and well situated.

The neighborhood features walking trails, a small lake, and a playground.
