Note on Property Layout: This home is one half of a duplex. The other half is occupied by a respectful, long-term tenant. We ask that our guests remain mindful of noise levels to ensure a great experience for everyone on the property.

Deck Access: The large deck is technically shared, but we have designated the majority of the space for our guests. The long-term tenant only uses the small portion directly in front of their unit, leaving the rest of the panoramic views and seating areas for your enjoyment.

Privacy: Enjoy the peace of mind that comes with a completely private entrance and access to the entire three-story unit. While the building is a duplex, there are no shared interior spaces, ensuring your group has total autonomy and a quiet, separate retreat throughout your stay.
