Escape the city yet stay in proximity in "On Hawaiian Time", our spacious West Seattle Craftsman home. Enjoy a breath of fresh air in our fully enclosed backyard or stay cool inside with our blazing fast fiber-optic internet. Why not both?
Our tranquil neighborhood is located centrally between downtown Seattle, sporting venues, the airport, and the beach. Private parking for cars and extensive bus lines provides guests access to all of Seattle’s awesome attractions!
About the Space:
Welcome to our charming 1900 sq ft home with recently refinished wooden floors, 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a serene backyard.
The house is equipped with a 1 gigabit fiber and mesh Wi-Fi network which allows for great coverage throughout the home. There are two working spaces equipped with office chairs, no and two couches which are great for lounging and working.
Central AC and heating keep the house cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Numerous space heaters and fans are present throughout the house for localized temperature control.
The kitchen is recently remodeled and fully stocked with stainless steel appliances. Guests should find all the kitchen basics and necessities for cooking at home.
The entry floor features one of two living rooms with a cozy couch and connections to our dining room/kitchen and hallway. Also on the entry floor are our two main bedrooms.
The "Black" bedroom is modernly styled featuring a king bed and smart TV equipped with a Roku. It serves as an access point to the deck and backyard.
The "Green" bedroom has its own AC and heating unit as it is cut off from the central HVAC system. This room features a queen bed.
Downstairs contains our family room with a large couch, working area, fireplace, and a 65 inch TV with a Roku sound bar. Also downstairs is the "Twins" bedroom which contains two Twin XL beds which are perfect for sleeping individuals.
There is a full bathroom upstairs and a 3/4 bathroom with a grand shower downstairs. Both bathrooms have skylights to feel spacious. The laundry unit is also downstairs.
Our favorite part is the backyard which is nearly fully enclosed by trees and brush with no neighbors on the backside. It has a deck, cabana, and string lights to enjoy all throughout the day.
Don't forget to check out the unfinished treehouse in the back!
There are two NOT-CONNECTED dwelling units on the property, the main house (you will be staying in) and a small guest house on the left side which we are staying in. Guests will have full access to the backyard and front patio. We do our best to respect our guests privacy and will be available only per request.
Guests will have uninhibited access to the entire backyard and main house on the property. Guests will NOT have access to the guest house on the left side of the property and the guest house patios in front and back. This is where we will be staying.
With our luscious landscaping and beautiful temperatures, we do get lots of harmless insects in our garden and outdoor spaces. This includes spiders, ants and flies. We recommend not leaving doors open, especially at night, to prevent insects from coming inside the house.
