You can park your car in our designated parking spot (1C) which is in the heart of SIC only 1.5 blocks from the beach. You can order groceries before you arrive to be delivered right to the condo door so you don’t have to waste time once you get to SIC.

There is a deck with two chairs to enjoy coffee or tea and a sticky bun from Maryann’s Bakery or Coffee Cake from McGowan’s. A Keurig is available at the condo.

1.5 blocks from the Promenade, Amphitheater (Free Concerts on Saturday nights, Tuesday morning Farmer’s Market, Free Movie Nights), Public Bathrooms and SIC Beach Handicap Access to 40th Street Boogie Board Beach. Plus, walkable to many restaurants, arcades, the beautiful bay sunsets and live entertainment. Park your car in our designated spot for the week and enjoy what Sea Isle City has to offer. Jitney rides or a bike ride to explore Townsend’s Inlet.
