Naples Continental Club offers a rare outdoor pool area with both direct unobstructed beach views and beach access.
This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is located on the third floor, just steps from the beautiful white sandy beach with direct beach views from the private lanai, living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom.
Each bedroom has it own bathroom.
The master bedroom has a King size bed and a standing shower in the bathroom.
The guest bedroom has 2 twin size beds and a tub/shower in the bathroom.

Guest access
This 8 story beach front building provides guests with private access to the beach. Guests can enjoy the many resort style amenities offered such as a heated beach front pool, tables & lounge chairs, pool side and beach side seating, outdoor Gas/BBQ grills, shuffleboard, a beach view fitness room, library, social/game room.
Wi-Fi is accessible poolside as well as inside the building's common areas.

$250 Cleaning Fee (includes $100 application fee).

Minimum Stay determined by the month of stay. While the lease will be written for a minimum of 30 days, the rate charged will be for the actual days stay (minimum of 14 days).

Guest subject to condo association approval after application completion and submittal. The application process requires a background check, which includes requiring that you provide your social security number. The background report will include, but not be limited to, determining if the applicant has prior felony convictions which would disqualify the application.
