Welcome to Sunrise Lodge, your perfect Northwoods getaway on peaceful Prune Lake in Rhinelander, Wisconsin! This brand-new, beautifully crafted home offers the ideal blend of comfort, style, and outdoor adventure—perfect for families, friends, or a relaxing retreat.

This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath home plus a cozy loft comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. You’ll find three plush queen beds in the bedrooms and two twin beds in the loft, making it a great setup for families or groups. The open-concept living area is designed for gathering, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, dining space, and a stunning custom stone fireplace that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere year-round.

Sunrise Lodge is also kid-friendly, making it an easy choice for families traveling with little ones. A pack ’n play and booster seat are provided to help make your stay more comfortable and convenient. For indoor fun, guests can enjoy a variety of board games, a ping pong table, a selection of books, and a gaming console loaded with 200+ pre-installed games—perfect for keeping kids (and adults!) entertained on rainy days or cozy nights in.

Step outside to a large patio overlooking the tranquil waters of private, no-wake Prune Lake. Whether you're enjoying your morning coffee or winding down in the evening, the peaceful setting is hard to beat. In the evenings, gather around the fire pit for s’mores, stories, and relaxing nights under the stars.

The private pier makes it easy to spend your days on the water. Guests have access to two kayaks and a small fishing boat, perfect for exploring the lake, casting a line, or simply soaking in the calm surroundings. You can also enjoy swimming or paddle boarding in the clear, quiet water.

Located on quiet Weske Lane, Sunrise Lodge offers both privacy and convenient access to everything the Rhinelander area has to offer. You're just a 3–4 minute drive from the Crescent Lake boat launch, giving you easy access to a large, full recreational lake for boating, water sports, and more. In the winter months, snowmobile enthusiasts will appreciate being just over a mile from Trail #8, which runs along the airport on N Rifle Road, providing quick access to the wider trail system.

In the spring and summer, guests can take full advantage of the lake with fishing right off the pier, kayaking, boating, paddle boarding, and swimming in a peaceful, uncrowded setting. The surrounding area also offers hiking and biking trails, along with local shops, restaurants, and farmers markets in downtown Rhinelander.

Fall brings breathtaking Northwoods color, making it a perfect time for scenic drives, nature walks, and quiet days on the lake. It’s also a great season for fishing and spotting wildlife, followed by cozy evenings spent by the fireplace or around the outdoor fire.

During winter, the area transforms into a snowy retreat with nearby snowmobile trails, opportunities for ice fishing right on Prune Lake, and cross-country skiing or snowshoeing through the surrounding forests. After a day outdoors, the fireplace provides the perfect place to warm up and relax.

Things to know: This is a brand new build, the front deck overlooking the lake will not be complete or accessible until mid June 2026.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
