Regarding the parking area, we have hosted many guests over the years and have never received reports of flat tires or undercarriage damage related to the property. Based on our understanding, the damage occurred after the vehicle was backed into the area, and we were unable to verify that the property was the cause. The notice regarding building maintenance was intended for a different timeframe and did not apply to your stay. Additionally, the item placed over the stove burners was a removable cutting board provided as part of the kitchen setup. The gas range was fully operational and available for guest use. While we respect your perspective, it is important to note that the property was not occupied during the reservation period, and we addressed your concerns by providing a refund.
