Suite:
The loft-like second floor studio Suite has an upright piano for playing, a private balcony with a beautiful view looking east toward East Mountain, a full bathroom, a coffee & tea bar with a mini fridge and a large desk and sitting area–all overlooking a beautiful garden with fruit tress and a small fish pond.

Walk to lake:
Across the street, there is a charming, short trail through the woods over a small wooden bridge and stream to Lake Mansfield and its beach, playground and picnic area.

Walk to town/filled with nature:
Located within walking distance to Great Barrington center, this beautiful Suite offers a peaceful, nature-filled retreat for guests.

Sleeping:
The Suite has one queen bed and one full size floor futon for sitting which can be laid flat and used for sleeping. Additionally, a twin floor mattress is available on request.

Balcony:
There are two rockers and a side table on the private balcony, perfect for fresh air, a morning coffee, and enjoying the sunrise over the view of the Berkshire hills and garden below. Catch the stars at night after a day of hiking and exploring or taking in the arts and world class cultural sites.

Close to all:
Main Street and Railroad Street in Great Barrington are within walking distance. Stockbridge, Lenox, Tanglewood, Mass MoCA and the Mahaiwe PAC are all close or within easy reach.

Comfortable getaway:
Enjoy a calm, well furnished atmosphere that is your home away from home. Whether you're here for a quick getaway or an extended stay, the thoughtfully appointed Suite provides a charming spot to unwind and enjoy the Berkshires.

Stairs:
Please note that the Suite is located on the 2nd floor, with one full flight of carpeted stairs up and down. There are also 2 steps to a private entrance and the first floor Entry Room (we may need to walk through the Entry Room to access the garage and open and close overhead garage door under Suite).

Additional space:
The spacious Entry Room has an arm chair sitting area and a door that leads to a cafe table and chairs on the Garden Deck–both overlooking the garden. There are also bird binoculars and books, vintage magazines, a shoe polish kit and coat hooks. Enjoy!
