To ensure a peaceful environment, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
5. Smoking 🚭:
No smoking inside the apartment or on the balcony. Please use designated smoking areas outside the building.

No parties or events allowed. Please respect the property and neighbors.

If bedding (sheets, towels, pillowcases) is stained with substances such as blood, makeup, or similar products and cannot be properly cleaned, an additional charge will be applied for replacement.

1- You must park outside and go to the reception to register. At the reception indicate that you have a reservation for apartment 4C
2- after the reception gives you access you can go up to apartment 4C and use the code provided in the Guest Portal to access the apartment.
3- Inside the apartment you will find access control to the parking lot and the token to open the social doors of the tower
With these two things you can proceed to park the vehicle.
4- The lower level is the gate that corresponds to you and through which you must enter ☝🏼.
5- The parking lot to use is right next to the entrance door to the elevator , identified as 4C, two vehicles can fit one behind the other ☝🏼.
6- To go back up to the apartment from the parking lot you will do it with the blue token in this way ☝🏼 you just have to place the token on the key pad for the door to open.
If you access the tower from the pedestrian door outside, you just have to place the token like this (Picture Below) and the door will open for you ☝🏼
