The Space:

The Cabo light has a way of rearranging your plans. It pours through tall windows in the late morning, softens to gold by afternoon, and suddenly another hour by the rooftop pool seems far more reasonable than anything else you had in mind. This downtown loft puts you right at the center of Cabo San Lucas - close to the marina, the restaurants, and the energy of the city - while offering a calm, open space to come back to whenever you're ready.

 

Living space

The open-plan layout flows between the living, dining, and sleeping areas without walls breaking things up, giving the unit a generous, unhurried feel. A seating area centers around the TV, and air conditioning keeps things comfortable through the hottest parts of the day. Strong Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace are set up and ready if you need to stay connected or productive. With an in-unit washer, clothing storage, hangers, and all the essentials provided, this loft works just as well as a base for a longer stay as it does for a quick Cabo getaway.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The bedroom sleeps up to 3 guests across 2 beds. Room-darkening shades handle slow mornings, and extra pillows, blankets, and an iron are all on hand so you can settle in properly from arrival.

 

Kitchen and dining

The kitchen is set up for real cooking - refrigerator, freezer, other stove, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and a coffee maker are all here. Pull a chair up to the dining table for a proper sit-down meal, or pour a coffee and head straight out into the day.

 

Bathroom

After a full day in the Cabo sun, you'll find everything you need: shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, a hair dryer, cleaning products, and hot water. Pack light - it's taken care of.

 

Outdoor and shared spaces

Step out onto the patio or balcony before heading up to the shared rooftop, where outdoor furniture, an outdoor dining area, a BBQ grill, and sun loungers make it easy to stretch an afternoon into an evening. The pool is there when the heat calls for it, and the shared backyard offers open space to wind down at ground level. A shared gym in the building is available for anyone keeping up with a fitness routine.

 

Building and access

Free parking on premises and free street parking make arrival straightforward. An elevator connects the floors, and self check-in via keypad means you can come and go on your own schedule without needing to coordinate a handover. Long-term stays are welcome. The space is pet-friendly - your companion is welcome along for the trip.

You're right in the heart of downtown Cabo San Lucas. The marina, the restaurants, and the pulse of the city are all within easy reach the moment you step outside.

**ATTENTION: This condo is located on the third floor and the pools are on the fifth and seventh floor. Currently, the elevator in the building is NOT in service therefore the only access is through the stairs.**
