The Space:

Desert light pours through the windows each morning, and within minutes you're on the rooftop watching the Cabo San Lucas skyline stretch toward the sea. This retro-inspired loft in the heart of downtown puts you close to the Marina, the coast, and everything in between - with a comfortable, easygoing base to return to when the day winds down.



Sleeping arrangements

The loft is designed for up to 4 guests, with 1 bedroom, 2 beds, and 1.5 baths. The layout gives couples or small groups enough room to spread out without feeling oversized - open where it counts, with quieter corners to decompress after a day out.



Living space

Inside, the retro character of the space comes through in the details, balanced by a clean and functional setup that makes it easy to feel at home. Room-darkening shades and an AC - split type ductless system keep the environment comfortable at any hour. A TV and Ethernet connection are on hand for entertainment or staying connected, and exercise equipment is available if you prefer to keep your routine going while you travel.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is set up for real cooking - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and all the cooking basics you'd need. A Keurig coffee machine, wine glasses, and a dining table make mornings and evenings just as easy. Whether you're prepping a full meal or grabbing a quick bite before heading out, everything is within reach.



Bathroom

The 1.5 baths are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and cleaning products, and include a bathtub for longer soaks after a day in the sun. Hot water, towels, and bed linens are all provided.



Outdoor living & shared spaces

The rooftop outdoor pool is the centerpiece - an elevated spot with city skyline and desert views where you can cool off or simply take in the surroundings. Below, an outdoor dining area with a BBQ grill and outdoor furniture and sun loungers give you flexible options for eating and relaxing outside. A shared gym in the building rounds out the on-site amenities. Beach essentials - including beach towels, umbrella, beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - are provided, and shared beach access means the coast is part of your stay.



Location

The property sits within the Morgan Building in downtown Cabo San Lucas, roughly a 15-minute walk from the Marina. On-site, a restaurant serves Italian gourmet dishes and house drinks - a convenient option when you'd rather stay close. The building occasionally hosts weekend events, which adds a social layer to the stay for those who enjoy it.



Additional amenities

Free in-unit washer, free parking garage on premises, and free street parking are all included. An elevator provides easy access throughout the building, luggage dropoff is allowed for flexible arrivals and departures, and long term stays are welcome. Cleaning is available during your stay, and your host will greet you on arrival. Exterior security cameras are present in the parking garage, near the building entrance, and in shared spaces such as the elevator area - there are no cameras inside the unit.



Guest Access:

**ATTENTION: This condo is located on the third floor and the pools are on the fifth and seventh floor. Currently, the elevator in the building is NOT in service therefore the only access is through the stairs.**



Other Things to Note:

This property is super close by to any and all stores you may need during your stay, like the Oxxo (Mexican 7-11), grocery stores, restaurants, laundromats and is less than 10 minutes from the famous Medano Beach.
