While you’ll feel worlds away in your own private sanctuary, you are perfectly positioned in the heart of the Arroyo Grande Valley, just a short drive from the historic Village and the pristine coastline.



Getting Around:

Getting around by personal vehicle is the easiest. Rideshare options are available.

AMENITIES:

We provide bath and beach towels, as well as toiletries such as hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, coffee/tea, sugar & spices, oil, trash can liners, etc.



ENTRY:

There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. Entry code will be provided to you 72 hours before arrival. The code is changed after every guest.



PARKING:

There is parking available for several cars in the U driveway and in front of the garage. No parking in the garage.



THE DRIVE:

The house is very easy to find, the home is just off of the 101.



INTERNET:

The house has reliable high speed internet throughout the entire space and each TV is a Smart TV. You can also log into your Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc. accounts with the apps on the TVs.



OUTDOOR SPACE:

There is a pool, hot tub, fire pit with lounge chairs, Santa Maria style BBQ, gazebo overlooking the vineyard, and outdoor dining area.



BEDROOMS:

There are 5 bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms. The game room features a queen murphy bed and queen sized sofa bed. There are 7 total beds, which can comfortably accommodate 14 guests.



KITCHEN:

Chefs kitchen fully equipped with state of the art appliances, stone counters, wine fridges, and everything needed to host a formal dinner or create your own culinary masterpiece.



LAUNDRY:

There is a laundry room equipped with two washers, two dryers, detergent and plenty of storage space.



SECURITY:

Security cameras are located at the front and sides of the house for your security. However, there are NO cameras inside the home or overlooking the pool area.



RENTAL AGREEMENT:

A Rental Agreement must be signed upon booking.



If you happen to leave an item behind, we can ship it back to you. Guest is responsible for associated shipping costs.
