The Space:

This beautifully appointed home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, making it ideal for multiple families or groups. You'll find two king-size beds, a full-size bed, and a full-size sleeper sofa, all adorned with crisp, comfortable linens for a restful night's sleep.
The heart of the home is the upstairs living area, featuring a large 65-inch TV and a comfortable sectional couch – perfect for movie nights or simply unwinding together. Our well-stocked kitchen makes whipping up your favorite meal a breeze, and you can enjoy your culinary creations indoors or out. Step onto the second-floor balcony for your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine, taking in the coastal air. For ultimate relaxation, gather around the cozy gas firepit for memorable evenings under the stars. Washer/dryer are also available for your comfort and convenience. Need to stay connected? Beachside Gem is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood, just a few minutes from the beach and vibrant Grand Avenue.
Getting Around:
Getting around is effortless with public transportation just blocks away, including the Amtrak train station and local bus stops. Rideshare is also available.

We provide cooking essentials such as pots/pans, coffee, spices/oil, cleaning supplies & trash can liners. We also provide towels and toiletries such as hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo/conditioner/body wash.
ENTRY:
There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. Entry code will be provided to you 72 hours before arrival. The code is changed after every guest.
PARKING:
There are three parking spaces in the driveway and additional parking on the street.
THE DRIVE:
The house is very easy to find, the home is just a few minutes from the 101.
INTERNET:
The house has reliable high speed internet throughout the entire space. Smart TVs located in living room and in 3 bedrooms.
You can log into your Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc. accounts with the Smart TVs.
OUTDOOR SPACE:
There are three balconies to enjoy the refreshing ocean breeze. The BBQ grill is just outside the kitchen on the balcony. Fire pit is located downstairs in the private patio area.
BEDROOMS: There are 4 total bedrooms. Primary suite features 1 king bed and the additional bedrooms feature 1 king bed, 1 full bed, and 1 full size sofa bed. Total accommodations can sleep 8 guests.
KITCHEN:
Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and all basic kitchen essentials: Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Silverware/Utensils/Spices/Oil/Coffee
LAUNDRY:
Washer and dryer are both available to you. Located downstairs.
SECURITY:
A security camera is located at the front of the house for your security. There are NO cameras inside the home.
ADVISORY NOTE: The house is not allowed to be used for parties or large gatherings. We reserve the right to cancel your check in or evict you if you break the house rules.
Photos are based on the property condition and furniture at the time the photos were taken. Management reserves the rights to modify the property and or replace any of the furniture at any time when necessary and should not be held responsible for having different furniture in the property.
The house accommodates 8 guests comfortably, but can fit 10. There’s additional fees of $40/night for any additional guests (up to 10 guests total).
