The main living area provides ample space to gather, featuring plush seating and a large flat-screen television—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The kitchen is thoughtfully appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and a nearby wet bar, creating an ideal setting for preparing meals and evening cocktails. Step outside to the patio, where multiple seating areas invite you to enjoy morning coffee or unwind in the coastal breeze.



The home features a flexible layout with two private sleeping areas. On the main level, a queen Murphy bed is seamlessly incorporated into the living space, along with a full bathroom featuring a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and dual vanities. A separate guest bedroom is located on the second level and accessed via an exterior staircase, offering a queen bed and a private en suite bath—perfect for added privacy. With access to resort-style pools, direct boardwalk beach access, and the laid-back coastal charm of Port Aransas, this home offers a relaxed and memorable getaway.

• Guests must be 25 years or older to book; ID verification is required at check-in
