AMENITIES: Our condos cluster around the Town Center, which hosts special events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends. Nearby resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, fishing dock, fire pits, fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, and a pirate ship playscape! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria.

The Oasis is a beautifully furnished, one bedroom condominium in the heart of Cinnamon Shore North's Town Center! This delightful and serene 1st floor unit features 10 ft. ceilings, tile flooring, granite counter tops, and stainless appliances. Enjoy visiting at the large granite island while the chef of the family prepares your "catch of the day". A lovely courtyard patio is the perfect place to sip a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise or a glass of wine in the evening after a long day on the beach! You are close to all of the community treasures, such as the golf-cart accessible beach cross-overs, the Dune Pool with fitness center, Keira's pool featuring the C Bar cafe, 2 fishing ponds, Dylan's Pizzeria, the coffee shop, and our fine dining restaurant Lisabellas- all right here. Just a few minutes away is the quaint little town of Port A where bay and deep sea fishing trips may be chartered. You will never be lacking for things to do while vacationing at beautiful Cinnamon Shore North!

Cozy winter stay at Cinnamon Shores.

What a great way to enjoy Port Aransas with out the crowds. The weather could not have been more perfect ,cool but sunny.We enjoyed walking the beach and collecting intact sea shells ! Visited friends in Rockport but looked forward to returning to our condo .Just what I needed for recharge and reflection.Pool was heated but never made it there.

Love the community, moldy condo

We were located and in walking distance to the board walk to beach, close to two of the three pools and near the restaurants. We would definitely go back. Wonderful!

Best place to stay!

Wonderful condo at Port A. Nice light filled, roomy condo with a balcony off the living room, and all the necessities available. It is Beautiful! Lots to do at Port A. STRS and Cinnamon Shores are very helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay! I will be back!

Perfect Mother Daughter Trip

Great location, within walking distance of the beach. Very clean and well stocked. Stayed for a weekend with my teenage daughter and it was perfect for us. The only negative was the lights outside the master bedroom are very bright at night, but that’s the layout of the building, nothing the property owner can do about it. I’ll bring a sleep mask next time!

Excellent off-season too!

My husband and I love to visit The Oasis at Cinnamon Shore in the off season, when we pretty much have the whole community to ourselves. We always enjoy dinner at Lisabella's at least one night and pick up fresh fish in town for home-cooked meals. The Oasis is well-appointed and the owners are friendly and responsive. We highly recommend it and look forward to coming back soon.

Birthday Weekend

We had such a great time at Cinnamon Shores! The Oasis was exactly what we needed, it was furnished and decorated perfectly! The location on the property was ideal, we could walk to dinner and all of the other amenities. The beach was a short drive away and the boardwalks were very handy. The staff that we spoke with at every opportunity were above and beyond, from the front office staff to the restaurants and maintenance crews everyone was amazing. I can not say enough good things about this property and the condo we stayed in. Thank you so much for a wonderful weekend!

Comfortable, Clean and Convenient

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at The Oasis at Cinnamon Shore. From the moment we entered we felt at home. It was a very clean, comfortable rental, well supplied with everything you would need including two televisions, comfy king bed, full kitchen, even laundry soap. Check in/check out was a breeze and the provided instruction notebook was very thorough. Beach acces and very nice swimming pool are both a short walk. The convenient location provided easy access to not only Port Aransas (10 minutes) but also Corpus Christi (35 minutes). If you are planning to travel to this area, we highly recommend The Oasis at Cinnamon Shore.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location - just a 5 minute walk to the beach and right next to Lisabella’s restaurant, Dylan’s pizza and the ice cream truck. Only two (very minor) complaints - because it’s located on the ground floor, you can hear the people above you. Also, the king bed is a tight squeeze in the bedroom, so be careful not to bump your knee or stub your toe going around the corner of the bed into the closet. Other than that, it’s a charming place to stay - great kitchen, washer and dryer, patio.

Thoughts on CS 1-101

The Condo was lovely, quiet and in a very good location. It was fresh and attractive. The TV and bed were great. Things needing improvement--the sofa was somewhat stained and needs either cleaning or replacement. Neither the sofa or chair were comfortable. The microwave had no painted panel markers on it--it was completely black and hard to find the right numbers to heat things. A few pots and pans need replacing and a large bowl would be nice for mixing salads, etc. The condo was pricy for off season. These reasons are why I have rated my stay as "good" and not "great".

Terrible management

I had multiple issues including being locked out of my room twice by a faulty keypad/lock which I reported 5 times and it was never repaired properly until the 3rd day. Also I was never able to park in my designated parking spot and reported it 3 times within the first 24 hours, gave up after that. There are some serious management and followup issues in this place. Needs an overhaul for sure.

Room for Improvement

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is in one of the first buildings at Cinnamon Shore. The location is great and the perfect size for a couple. However, it is time for a refresh. Upon arrival, the smell of the air freshener was overwhelming. Is this because there is mold problem? The kitchen utensils are old and worn out and there aren't very many. The front door looks like it has been kicked in at one time and the door lock gave us fits. But the staff and the other amenities at C Shore made up for all of it. Another great stay. We will be back but won't stay in this unit.

Oasis at Cinnamon Shores

The bedsheets at the Oasis condo had not been laundered. There were blood stains on the duvet cover. There were blood and urine stains on the mattress cover and the mattress itself and the mattress was old. The extra pillow used for sleeping on sofa had urine stains Outside there was a metal patio table that was rusting and chipping off. If someone were to cut themselves on it, they would need a tetanus shot. All the owner did for compensation was refund the cleaning fee. Cinnamon Shore was great and move us into another condo. It was on the 3rd level which was a hassle for my friend that was pregnant and had her dog with her. Other than that it was very nice.

Nice preseason visit to Cinnamon Shores

We visited Cinnamon Shores in early May since our children spoke so highly of it. We were there from a Mon-Fri. The condo we stayed in was the perfect size for 2 people (or possibly a young family of 4). It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The king bed was very comfortable. We did have an issue with the patio door- the door hinge was broken and difficult to lock so we didn’t use the patio (but would have liked to - it’s a nice spot to sit and read in the morning or evening). Our only other issue was with the sleeper sofa in the living room - ouch, so uncomfortable to sit on! And there was only one other chair, so one of us had to sit there if we wanted to watch tv. I’m not sure if it is comfortable as a bed, but the sofa is not. Hopefully the owner will consider replacing that for future guests. The resort property is great, especially for families. We checked out all of the pools and many of the restaurants- all great! Easy to rent beach umbrellas and chairs, and fun to drive around in the golf cart! Overall, definitely recommend the resort and this condo. Thanks for a nice visit!
