Our condo is located at The Aransas Princess Condominiums in Port Aransas, Texas. Port A is a charming and quaint beach town known for World Class fishing and miles of beautiful beaches! Have fun surfing, boogie boarding, beach combing or just enjoy a lazy day on the beach or by one of our 2 resort swimming pools. For more adventures - reserve a Bird or Dolphin excursion. Visit the local Art Galleries, boutique shops or the beachfront golf course next door. Younger kids love the Pirate Ship Cruise and the pirates will entertain while parents relax and watch. Having owned a condo at the Aransas Princess, we always stay at the Aransas Princess when we visit Port A. We have stayed in this particular unit several times and love it.

Great Stay

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family getaway. It was beautifully decorated and had so many little touches that made us feel welcomed and at home. Kitchen was stocked nicely which made cooking easy. Location was nice and the property was well kept. I appreciate how much Brad and Julie communicated with us and even checked on us during the trip. Will be back!

Last Minute trip

This property was amazing. It was extremely clean and updated nicely with great finishes. The lady at the check in counter was very friendly. The location was perfect with a short walk down to the beach. The heated pool was a plus since it was Dec/Jan. The property is also kid friendly. We travel to Port A multiple times a year and will try and stay here again in the future!

Quick weekend

This condo is beautiful, clean, modern and comfortable. The views are great. It is just a quick walk to the beach and an easy drive to town for dining. The entire property is well maintained with nice pools and tennis courts. Lora is very attentive to concerns. I highly recommend her place.

Family vacation

The property was clean, super comfortable beds with everything you would need. Communication with the property manager was slow but we got help at the front desk for anything we needed. They were very nice, helpful and courteous. I would recommend this place.

We Loved This Condo.....5 Stars On the Beach

This is an amazing condo! As stated in the previous review, this property is even better than the pictures reveal. From the décor to the plush and comfy luxurious bedding, this condo gives the feel of a 5 star accommodation with beautiful beach views. The hospitality and wonderful communication from the owners was an added bonus. We've already booked this condo for another stay this summer. Fun celebration

I have been spending time in PA since I was very small. I just love the town and all that it has to offer. I have stayed all up and down the beach through the years. I picked this condo and am very glad that I did! The location was perfect. The unit was ideal for us and provided everything that we could possibly need or want. I will come back very soon.

this is the best vacation home we've ever rented

our son wanted to go to the beach for his 9th birthday so we rented this place for two nights and loved it. it's right next to the beach, and it supplies towels, chairs and beach toys for the kids. it's also only 1/3 of a mile walk to topdeckgolfcarts, where we rented a golf cart and explored the town. it's been completely updated and the owner was helpful and communicative. the only downside was after checking out and coming home my wife wants to upgrade our kitchen counter tops and get a new mattress and bed sheets like the ones in the condo.

Relax in luxury

We never been to the Port Aransas area and took a gamble on a newly listed condo. We felt like we won the lottery. The pictures don't do this property justice. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the sound of the ocean soothing. Walk on the beach or hit the pool. You won't be disappointed. The owners are attentive and personable. Beside the luxurious amenities, there are several thoughtful extras. Padded hangers, aroma sticks, hampers and night lights. Can't say enough, it was a dream vacation.

Nice Getaway

The condo is exactly as the photos! Immaculate kitchen and bathrooms; soft comfortable beds; relaxing living room furniture and balcony with great ocean views. Perfect space for a small family or two couples, and the onsite amenities make this a great find. Only negative during our stay was the ongoing restorative construction to the exterior brick of the entire property as well as the boardwalk to the beach. We could have done without the early morning construction noise, but that's the downside of renting in the off-season. The vehicle beach access road right next door to the property made these negatives less bothersome. Overall, it was an excellent stay and we will keep this property in mind when looking for a future rental in Port A!

Perfect location!

Stayed over New Year’s Eve- two adults and two teenagers. It was lovely and perfect in every way. Home is immaculate, well appointed and had everything we needed to cook simple meals in the kitchen. Enjoyed coffee on the balcony overlooking gorgeous views of the courtyard/pool area, and the gulf! The walk to the beach is only 2-3 minutes from the condo to the sand! Lora is a terrific host- periodically checking in via text, but not overbearing. She recommended Shells and Virginia’s on the Bay- both were fantastic! The pasta, flounder and Mahi-mahi at Shells were excellent. At Virginia’s, the oysters and bloody Mary’s were great! We took a ferry over to San Jose Island to look for sea shells and found lots of in tact sand dollars! (Yay!) We loved our time there and hope to return soon. Thank you Lora!

Beautiful Condo ~Dont let it get away!

Brads beautiful condo was everything and more for our family of 6. The location was easy to get to from the elevators with a view of our favorite cascade pool (shaded trellis area) for for the grands and as well as the ocean and boardwalk. Amazingly you can purchase a beach pass to drive on the beach which is the next block over. The staff work really hard to keep the property nice. Having kids and everything to go with them, it was so nice to throw everything in the car and drive down. The complex furnished luggage carts to make the transfer easy. So close to many great places to eat, shop, fish, and sightsee. Brads place was fully furnished with everything you need for a perfect beach day. Lots of towels, chairs, toys, etc. I can't tell you how clean and beautiful Brad's place was. The luggage racks were a suprise, keeping our luggage off the floor. The furnishings and art were well thought out and beautiful. The kitchen was fully furnished and had everything we needed to cook our meals. An added suprise was the extra seasonings, coffee, and spices that were available. The w/d was definitely a plus, along with detergent and dryer sheets. Brad was very accommodating regarding my concerns regarding potential weather. So thankful Alberto came & went without any interuptions and Beryl was 10 days after our visit. He was also available by text or phone for any questions. The balcony was perfect for watching the sunrise and feeling the evening breeze from the ocean!
