The space
Perfect for families, lake trips and relaxing getaways. Boat parking available and close to launch ramps. It is perfect for relaxing after a day on the water or exploring Lake Havasu. The neighborhood is quiet and the Main Street restaurants are near by.

Living Room
The living room is designed for relaxing and spending time together. It features a 75-inch Smart TV that pivots so everyone in the room can see it easily. There is a large U-shaped sectional couch perfect for movie nights or watching the big game, along with a second couch that converts into a king-size sleeper sofa. Charging ports are available on the coffee table and side tables for phones and devices.

Kitchen & Dining

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals during your stay.

Features include:
• GE side-by-side refrigerator with filtered water and ice
• Oven with bake, broil, convection, and warming settings
• Microwave with multiple cooking functions
• Brand new dishwasher
• Keurig coffee maker and coffee bar
• Toaster and snow cone machine
• Pots, pans, bakeware, mixing bowls, and cookie sheets
• Dishes, glasses, and utensils for eight guests

The dining table seats six guests comfortably and expands to seat eight.

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom features a king-size bed with a silver upholstered headboard. Guests will find nightstands, charging ports on both sides of the bed, and a Roku TV. A standing desk and desk chair are also available for those needing a workspace.

The room includes two closets with built-in drawers and luggage racks for convenience.

Master Bathroom

The attached bathroom includes:
• Walk-in shower with built-in shower seat
• Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash
• Vanity with storage drawers and cabinet
• Fresh towels and toiletries

Second Bedroom
The second bedroom includes two full-size beds, dressers for storage, luggage racks, and a TV. This room also contains the home’s Wi-Fi router. Charging outlets are available for guests to power phones and devices.

Hall Bathroom
The hallway bathroom features a full bathtub and shower combination, vanity storage, and toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. A hair dryer is located under the sink for guest use.

Laundry Room
Guests have access to a full-size washer and dryer. The laundry room also leads to the backyard. Cleaning supplies and household tools are stored in the nearby utility closet.

Utility Closet

The hall closet contains household items including:
• Vacuum
• Broom and dustpan
• Mop
• Iron and ironing board

Outdoor Areas

Cisco House offers outdoor spaces designed to enjoy Lake Havasu’s beautiful desert weather.

Guests can enjoy:

• Outdoor Swing for 2
• Volleyball net for pool

Please note the pool is shallow, deep end goes to 4 1/2 feet. A volleyball net and ball are provided for some friendly competition. It is a perfect space to relax and cool off.

Please review the pool, spa, and fire pit safety rules located in the welcome guide before use. Please note no third party bookings are allowed. The person who books the property must be present during the stay.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire main house (except the supply closet) and outdoor areas, including:

• Backyard, pool, spa, and fire pit

Areas Not Available to Guests

To keep supplies and maintenance items organized, a few areas are reserved for the host and are not accessible to guests:

• The utility/storage closet located in the front room
• The detached garage/storage room

These areas are used for housekeeping supplies and property storage.

The home is conveniently located just a short drive from many of Lake Havasu’s most popular attractions, including the London Bridge, Bridgewater Channel, restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Several boat launch ramps and lake access points are also nearby, making it easy to enjoy a day on the water.

Guests will find plenty of dining options, grocery stores, and local activities within a few minutes of the home.
