About this space
GREAT FOR A STAYCATION, or as a WORK FROM HOME alternative.
Come stay in this newly re-furnished beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath home with all new appliances and decor! Our home is spacious, clean and tidy. No smoking.
The neighborhood is quite and lightly traveled. Plenty of on property parking and street.
No zigzagging through neighborhood streets to get to the local attractions it one street to downtown (stores, gas stations, bars and of course the lake).
The space
Located in the south end of the city this home is close and has easy access to the Lake to launch, all of the downtown area bars, restaurants and shops.
The house is spacious, clean and tidy. We purposely did not over decorate to not give it a cluttered appearance. We have the essential, you’ll need to enjoy yourself. Although we do provide toiletries for our guest, sometimes guests have personal preferences, so we suggest you bring them (soaps, towels, or lotions).
Goes without saying but we ask NO GLASS in or around the pool area. We also ask that you adhere to our NO SMOKING policy anywhere on the property. If upon checkout we notice smoking we will add an additional $175 cleaning fee. Please don’t smoke it’s bad for you anyway!!!
If we find out that you had any undisclosed pets in the house to including a “service animal” we will charge you an additional cleaning fee $175.
Guest access
You have all access to the washer and dryer in the home as well as all the bedrooms and bathrooms and backyard in the house . Access to the garage can be granted with advance notice.
RV Garage is off limits, as we store our boat there. Please do not use any of the lake items, such as ice chest, Lili pad or easy up in the garage. These are our personal items.
Other things to note:
For any guests over 8 there will be an additional charge of $40 per person per night (all children count). Also if you have any undisclosed guests on the property we will add the additional charges. House is for use by disclosed amount of guests.
Surveillance or recording devices on property- Our neighborhood is very safe and our property very exclusive! For added peace of mind, we have security cameras by gates, entrance , backyard and common areas and they are recording at all times. Rear cameras are turned off when guests are present. Front cameras are left on for security purposes.
We offer some bath towels and toiletries, but if you have different preferences we suggest you bring your own.
BBQ available by special request, we are usually flexible. If you use up the propane and leave us an empty tank (an additional fee of $25) will be added.

No parties or events, including bbq’s with friends or family. House is for exclusive use of registered/disclosed guests.
