• If booking during hurricane season (July–November), we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds are not provided for weather-related disruptions.

• Construction or renovations may occur in the nearby area without prior notice to us.

• Extra supplies may be available upon request, but are not guaranteed. Grocery and convenience stores are located nearby for anything additional you may need.



Guest Access:

Guests have full private access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and laundry. Enjoy the screened pool 🏊, outdoor seating, and lanai. The private dock 🚤 and boat lift are also available for guest use, along with parking on-site. The property is exclusively yours during your stay.

Getting Around:

Car is the easiest way to get around 🚗. Downtown Fort Myers is about 15 minutes away, with restaurants, shops, and the River District 🍽️. Manatee Park is around 15 minutes 🐬, and Fort Myers Beach is about 30–35 minutes 🏖️. Sanibel Island is about 35–45 minutes 🐚. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are available, but limited in some peak times, so having a car is recommended.

🐜 Pest Note: We treat regularly, but Florida may have occasional pests. No refunds are issued for pest sightings, though we’re always happy to address concerns.



⚠️ Please be aware that certain situations beyond our control may occur, including construction or noise outside the unit, temporary closure of amenities, utility or city repairs, or other issues on neighboring properties or units. As these circumstances are beyond our control, we are unable to provide refunds for any related



🚼Pack ’n Plays must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. As these items are shared across our units, we kindly ask that you request one at the time of booking to confirm availability.

PLEASE NOTE:

- Additional supplies may be available conditionally, but we cannot guarantee anything. If you run short, there are plenty of nearby stores to purchase more supplies! The towels provided are intended for approximately the first 3 days of your stay. If you need to refresh them, you’re welcome to use the in-unit washer and dryer, or the laundry facilities available on the property (please note that laundry fees may apply). For stays of 5 nights or longer, you may request replacement towels, and we’ll do our best to provide them based on availability.



✓ ITEMS LEFT BEHIND. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $25 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to left items once the guest has departed.
