Fishing poles and tackle are provided for guest use. Yard games provided include bocce ball and ladder ball.

Reverse osmosis system provides pure drinking water. Countertop appliances include toaster, blender, slow cooker, hot kettle, and coffee maker. Dinnerware, flatware, glassware, cookware, and cooking utensils are provided, as well as a variety of spices and cooking oil. Welcome basket includes a variety of teas, ground coffee (regular + decaf), sugar, stevia, & honey.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
Bathrooms have designer-grade fixtures, including dual-purpose rainfall showerheads in the walk-in tile showers. Fine bed and bath linens are included. Every bedroom, as well as the Florida Room and Living Room, is equipped with a wall mounted Roku Smart TV.
