* This is a professionally managed boutique vacation rental property.

* Daily housekeeping is **not included**, but additional cleaning can be arranged for an extra fee.

* We manage multiple units in the building. While layouts and features are nearly identical, décor and furnishings may vary slightly from the photos.

* The property is **100% non-smoking**. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the premises. Evidence of smoking may result in immediate eviction and cancellation without refund.

* For security, recording cameras are located in public areas only, including the pool area, front of the building, and back alley by the garage dumpster. There are **no cameras inside units or private spaces**.
