The place is fine but a bit shabby. The large paintings on the wall would not be appropriate for kids. Interaction with the host is minimal but efficient.

The paintings on the wall are exactly the same as the pictures of the house that you can see in the profile of the house before booking. It shouldn’t be a surprise.

This is a duplex in a quiet but just ok neighborhood. Only surface-level clean and generally not as nice as advertised. Contact was unresponsive upon check-in for several hours to questions and concerns then abrasive when finally did respond.

You constantly complained about minor things that you eventually realized were your own fault. You were a difficult and persistent guest, complaining without reason about trivial and nonexistent issues. Quiet Hideaway

This was the perfect place to hide out and reset after weeks of business trips. It’s well equipped with everything you need and more! The neighbourhood is very quiet and clean. Free parking included too.

Nice to visit family in Southern FL

With a location not far from all the things we needed, this property was a nice oasis. With all the niceties of home, we were comfortable in this quiet neighborhood gem. There was not too much within a 10 minute walk- such as bakeries and coffee shops, but with a rental car, you can get everywhere quickly. Great soft bed sheets and bath towels made for a special feeling of being pampered.

Totally amazing: clean and beautiful place with all the elements to hacer a nice and comfortable time.The owner though in every single detail to place his guests. Enough space to organize your belongs, green area to have a nice meal, pots and all you need in the kitchen.If you are thinking to spend time in Miami this is the place!! My partner and I were absolutely happy.Definitely I will stay here again.

Amazing Stay! Don’t hesitate, this is the spot!

Stay was amazing, had a two day trip for my wife’s business conference in Miramar. It took us one trip around the block to find the house as the entrance is a little hidden by some beautiful shrubs. But once I found it, I appreciated the privacy it provided. Host contacted me and gave me access info before our trip and gave us detailed information on accessing the entrance making our entry was smooth and hiccup free. The backyard is amazing just like the pictures show, the house is immaculate and the kitchen is nice and is well stocked for a longer stay with more people if needed. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable and the bathroom was modern and spotless.The neighborhood is chill and quiet and my wife and mother in law felt safe and comfortable as did their Shipoo and Chihuahua respectively. No gimmicks or bait n’ switches here, just an amazing listing with a great location. Thank you for a worry free, stress free stay!

Ein nettes Häuschen mit einem schönen Garten! Check-in easy und ohne Probleme! Leider ist die Klimaanlage unglaublich laut, vor allem leider durchgehend nachts und das 2. Schlafzimmer ist zudem nicht gut gekühlt worden. Insgesamt sind wir zufrieden mit der Gegend und der Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter gewesen!

Great home in a wonderfully located and quiet neighborhood, not far from many convenient shopping places and the beach. Kitchen has many amenities. Nice modern decor throughout. Backyard is terrific for morning coffee or a full dinner with family. Second outdoor half bath is convenient. Host is very communicative and friendly. Worked perfectly for our brief two-day stay.
