For stays less than 28 days:
Full refund, including service fee, up to 30 days ahead of check in
50% refund of nightly charge up to 7 days ahead of check in, but service fee is non-refundable
No refund within 7 days of check in.

For stays 28 days or longer:
Full refund within 48 hours of booking.
No refund after 48 hours.
