The mixologist of the group can use the downstairs, outdoor kitchen to whip up some boat drinks, and you can challenge them to a game of pool when they're done. Want to spend the day on the boat? No problem - you've got that private dock and access to a shared boat launch. Bring home your catch and clean it on the fish-cleaning table, or take one of the home's available 2 kayaks for a spin. When it's time to call it a night, settle in back upstairs on the comfy couch and flip on the TV - or head back out to that deck and enjoy the view.
