Eine benachbarte Bootsrampe befindet sich in der Nähe und Sie haben einfachen Zugang zu unserem Tiefseedock, an dem Ihr Boot oder ein Mietboot im Wasser untergebracht werden kann.

Pflastersteine im Freien mit üppiger tropischer Landschaft, umgeben von Palmen - entspannen Sie sich auf unserer umlaufenden Terrasse oder Terrasse und genießen Sie den Sonnenuntergang, die Seekühe und den Delphin. Setzen Sie sich unter die große Tiki-Hütte am Wasser und genießen Sie den Sonnenuntergang. Zu diesem Haus gehörten auch ein großer Süßwasserpool, eine Tiki-Hütte und eine 60-Fuß-Anlegestelle. Alle beschriebenen Annehmlichkeiten stehen ausschließlich Ihnen zur Verfügung (werden nicht mit dem Nachbarhaus geteilt). Esstisch im Freien unter dem Tiki für das perfekte Essen. Die Unterkunft bietet viele Loungemöbel und einen Hängesessel zum Entspannen.

Dieses Haus verfügt über einen großen, offenen Grundriss mit gewölbten Decken und über 1.425 Quadratmetern Wohnfläche. Die Master-Suite verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und ein eigenes Bad. Das Gästezimmer ist mit einem Queensize-Bett und das Wohnzimmer mit einem ausziehbaren Queensize-Sofa ausgestattet. Voll ausgestattete, moderne Küche mit Corian-Arbeitsplatten, Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl und viel Stauraum

We spent a week fishing and diving. The house was great and had all we needed. The outdoor space was fantastic. Boat docked right behind the house made life so easy. The only caution I would have is if your trailer is over 30 feet it can be a challenge to back it in. We would definitely stay again without hesitation!

A great place to stay

Fun place to stay... lots to do close to everything.. we had no issues the view is unbelievable, sat and had my coffee looking out at the gulf. Can't wait to go back.

Have stayed here several times. Very private and relaxing. Enjoyed the private pool. Joe and Mary are easy to reach and thorough with the instructions. Debbie got back to us right away as we arrived an hour early. Can’t wait to visit again.

We loved the scenic views, the pool and the beautiful sunsets. There were a couple things that showed wear and tear but that’s expected in a rental. And the owner and manager were both very responsive to all communications. We would love to come back again!

We really enjoyed staying at the house that we rented for the week, right on a channel. We had our own private swimming pool, but it was a too cool to use it.

Great property, great location

The house, pool, deck, Tiki hut, dock was all great for us. Very convenient location, 10 minute boat ride to vaca cut and 20 minute boat ride to 7 mile bridge. I'd definitely be back!!

Mom and dads week away!

We came down for a week for relaxation. The house is great, comes with everything you need. Has all the basics including enough towels. The house is a twin house and I did not know that. The owner occasionally stays but I was told that side does not get rented and is rarely occupied. The owner was there for our week and was very nice and respectful of our privacy. We spent a lot of time in the pool and the tiki hut. The house could use some updating but it’s exactly what you get from the pictures.

Marathon Christmas

Our family got to spend Christmas in Marathon this year and this property didn’t disappoint. Incredible views from the balcony where we enjoyed coffee every morning and happy hour every evening! Property manager and owner was easily accessible for any questions which we had very few. Having a heated pool was definitely a plus and we enjoyed that. We will definitely be back!

The Best of Marathon

This house had it all! The pool overlooks a lagoon teaming with life. Sea turtles, manatees, blue parrot fish and pelicans. The pool stays shaded most of the day and the dock was just right for our 17’ Whaler but had room for a much bigger boat. It’s convenient to the boat ramp, about a mile away. The open floor plan was perfect for relaxing and beating the heat. We had a great time and definitely will stay again!

Great place

We really enjoyed our stay here. The guys liked fishing from the dock. The pool was heated nicely. The kitchen has many appliances and cookware. The beach was about 8 minutes away by car. There are several stores, restaurants close by. The owner responded quickly to issues we had. The queen bed needs replaced. It was not very comfortable and it is noisy! A toilet paper holder with a spring bar in the first bathroom would be nice as the TP kept falling off. We did use the bikes and the kayak All in all, we would stay here again.

Cleaning crew not doing their job.

Great vacation rental, owners need to check with cleaning crew. (We don't believe they are doing their job) the house was not ready for us to check in. We checked in hour and half after our check in time.

I had always enjoyed my visit to the Keys over the years as I just found the area so unique. I thought it be cool to have a place in the keys that I could use when I visited. Crystal clear waters with sandy white bottoms, warm temps year round, incredible water views, the best fishing and diving available in the Continental U.S. I could not think of a better place to own a vacation home. While searching for that perfect Keys home, and having rented homes for my own vacations in the past, I made the decision to only buy a home that could also be a vacation rental. This meant that it had to have an open water view, good accessible dock, and that could be legally rented by the week. I purchase my first property in the City of Marathon in 2009. Today I run a small successful vacation home rental business with 5 homes with my wife Mary.

Marathon's central location in the Middle Keys was the clear choice. Investment was starting to come into the area after the economic recession. Far enough away from the hustles of life but with the conveniences most people want when they vacation. Marathon was also one of the few areas of the Keys where you can rent homes by the week. The licensed program is well run with essential personnel, rental rules and inspections to ensure owners are responsible members of its tourism industry. Marathons businesses cater to both its residents and visitors. All the basic necessities to call it home for many with 2 grocery stores, a Home Depot, library, parks and marine oriented businesses plus a few dozen restaurants/bars, boat rentals, charters and dive shops for its vibrant tourism industry. Fly into Key West, Miami or Ft. Lauderdale International airport and your Keys vacation is only a one to two hour drive away. So much to do right within the city limits or your backyard without every getting in tehe car. Or visit historic Key West, less than an hour drive away.

This is just a very relaxing home with incredible view in a quiet location with lots wildlife. Boat, enjoy a ride in our kayak, fish, snorkel or dive right from the dock. Or just sit back and relax in the pool or sip a margarita under the tiki hut and take in the view. This home will fit the desires of everyone in your party - from the very active sportsman to the nose buried in a novel types.
