The Space:

Morning light filters across the golf course as you step onto the covered balcony, coffee in hand, with palm-lined fairways stretching quietly beyond. Inside, the space unfolds across the apartment, offering room to gather, unwind, and enjoy unhurried days between theme park adventures. Evenings invite relaxed game nights and shared meals after long days exploring Central Florida.



The space

This entire rental unit is a luxury condo located within the gated Reunion community in Kissimmee. Designed for groups and families, it comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests with five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. A large living area anchors the home, with an adjacent gaming area that creates a natural gathering spot for downtime. A covered balcony overlooks the golf course, offering a calm outdoor perch throughout the year.

Kitchen and dining

The full kitchen provides space to cook and connect, with stainless steel appliances and a dining table suited for shared meals. Whether you are preparing breakfast before heading out or enjoying a quiet dinner in, the kitchen supports both quick bites and longer stays. A washer and dryer are available for added convenience.



Comfort and connectivity

Air conditioning, ceiling fans, and thoughtfully arranged interiors keep the home comfortable year-round. Wifi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to stay connected when needed, while TVs in the home support relaxed evenings indoors. Self check-in with a smart lock allows for a smooth arrival.



Outdoor and community amenities

In addition to the balcony, guests have access to community amenities including a pool, gym, and free parking on the premises. Reunion is known for its golf courses, walkable streets, and gated setting, where many residents live full time.



Neighborhood and location

Reunion offers a balance of quiet surroundings and proximity to attractions. Disney is approximately 6 miles away, with SeaWorld and Universal Studios within an easy drive. Outside the community gates, you will find a wide range of dining options, water parks, airboat rides, and local attractions that make Central Florida such a popular destination.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities such as:



-Seven Eagles: Pool, Spas, Fitness Centers and Linear Park;

-Homestead: Pool, Wading Pool, and Spa;

-Carriage Pointe: Pool and Spa;

-Heritage Crossing: 2 Pools (A and B), Wading Pool, and Spa;

-The Terraces: Pool, Spa, Gazebo, and Pavilion;

-Liberty Bluff Playground and Dog Park;

-Grand Traverse Parkway: Playground and Outdoor Fitness Center.



IMPORTANT: Guests must present an RFID card to access these amenities. RFID cards have a cost of $15 each and must be purchased during your stay. Please note that each card has an expiration date of 3 days. This RFID will ONLY grant access to the community amenities listed above, and we do NOT have access to Reunion's water park.



Guests have the option to arrange tee times at their convenience (Palmer, Nicklaus or Watson Golf Courses). Please note that booking and any associated fees are the responsibility of the guest.



The Neighborhood:

Reunion is a fun-filled luxury gated community that will make you feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Many people are full time residents, so please drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts! :) While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment!



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the parking lot.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, we provide a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not provided. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
