This is an amazing villa located in the most luxurious condominium near Mangaratiba, Portobello. This villa has a private pier that flows into the bay of Mangaratiba allowing the anchorage for the use of jet skis, speedboats, and yachts.

The villa has a comfortable living room, with sound system, dining table and large glass doors, which provide a pleasant view of the pool and pier; with 7 air-conditioned suites, this paradise villa accommodates up to 16 people and offers a beautiful view of the region in all rooms.

For exercise, there is a small basketball court, beach volleyball area and a large swimming pool with a wooden deck. The pool has a shallow side for children and a deep area, perfect for swimming and water sports, as well as a space with lounge chairs to enjoy the sun. The sauna and massage room are bonus features, allowing for relaxing moments, regardless of weather.

The outdoor kitchen is fully equipped for barbecues with friends and family. The indoor kitchen, with 2 refrigerators and pantry, has the ideal structure to cook like a gourmet chef. The house also has a laundry area, with washing machine and dryer and 6 covered spaces for cars.

Composition of the rooms: please note that the house can accommodate up to 16 adults. For families with children, there are extra rollaway beds, not suitable for adults.
