Great Condo

Super clean condo with a beautiful view from the living room. Master closet space was nice and all the dresser space to unpack your clothes. Cute walking paths in the neighborhood and a short drive to the beach.

Okay condo

Condo was nice, great location. In Shipyard near the beach. The internet didn’t work the first 2 days we were there and the garbage disposal was broken as well.

This is our second summer staying on Hilton Head and last year we stayed on Sea Pines. This year we wanted to try something different and opted for Shipyards even though we had never been there. We could not have been happier with our stay. The condo was perfect for the three of us for two weeks. Our goal is always to have a clean, comfortable, spacious, safe and usable space with access to a pool and close proximity to the beach. Condo: Covered deck area with a great view with a massive gator that visited the bank by the bench multiple times. Kitchen fully stocked. Bedrooms were great and the sounds of the lagoon at night were relaxing.Location: Super quiet area with no traffic and we were there for the last two weeks of July. Great biking area and fun to bike the golf course after hours. Biked to beach every day. Less than 5 minute bike ride on paved path. If walking and carrying items give yourself 15-20 minutes. We have a pull attachment on bike for beach wagon. .6 miles from door to beach. Resort feel by beach, showers, bathrooms, lifeguards & beach bar!The condo is central to everything! We had a fabulous time and were sad to leave.

Thank you so much for such a wonderful and detailed review! We’re thrilled to hear that your first stay in Shipyard exceeded your expectations and that the condo provided everything you were looking for during your two-week vacation. 😊 It sounds like you made the most of the location—from biking to the beach each day and enjoying the quiet surroundings to relaxing on the covered deck and watching your frequent lagoon visitor! 🐊🌴 We’re also glad you enjoyed the pool and convenient beach amenities. We truly appreciate you sharing so many helpful details for future guests. We’re sorry to hear you had to leave, but we’d be delighted to welcome you back to Hilton Head for another summer getaway! 💙

Great location!

The unit is very nice, It was equipped with everything we needed. The location to the beach is very nice, you can walk or bike easily. The view in the back is awesome, and occasionally can see alligators swimming across the lagoon. The only odd thing is the full length mirror in the master shower, which I’ve never seen before. Otherwise, we had a great time, and would recommend!

Condo in Shipyard

Hilton Head is a favorite destination for my husband and I. This time around, we worked and vacationed on the island and needed an accommodation that was suited for both. This condo fit the bill in most respects and we enjoyed our stay. The unit was very spacious, comfortable and had strong WiFi which was a must. The beach was within walking distance, and the condo was stocked with plenty of towels and pillows to suit one's individual liking. Kitchen was well-stocked and the complementary laundry and dishwasher detergent was appreciated. What would have made it perfect would have been ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living area, as without them it was tough to circulate the air amid the heat and humidity without constantly turning on the A/C. The bed was also too soft for our liking, and would likely be challenging for someone with back problems. Lastly, there wasn't a place to dispose of recyclables which was disappointing. We asked a neighbor who said that you had to drive items to a drop-off location by the airport which wasn't convenient. Beach chairs and/or an umbrella and beach towels would have been appreciated, as those items are difficult to travel with, especially when flying. All that said, we would stay here again as it was very nice.
