Bright and spacious, this Hilton Head condo will spoil every lucky visitor with an accommodating living area with plush sofas, nautical decor, and a flatscreen TV, a dining area to gather for game nights, and a full kitchen boasting everything needed to whip up tasty meals. When the days heat up, simply head over to the shared pool and wade into the refreshing water or tan in bliss with a cold drink in hand. Don't worry about needing to get remote work done while away either, as this getaway offers high-speed WiFi for streaming shows, attending Zoom calls, or getting school assignments done.

Perched less than a half-mile to the heart of Harbour Town, you can easily walk to the plethora of tasty eateries, local shops, or check out the famous candy-striped lighthouse! Loved being close to Harbourtown. Communication could be better since the code we were given did not work and manager had to come let us in. Also supposed to repair lock but never did. Local people were easy to work with but the international 1-800 rep was rude and condescending. Not a perfect process but property was perfect for our needs.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our week at this Heritage villa. It was extremely clean, very spacious, comfortable, and quiet. The location was perfect for short walks to Harbortown and bicycle rides to sea Pines beach or South Beach. We will definitely be back.

HHI spacious condo, great location

Weā€™ve been to many condoā€™s on HHI, and this one was spacious for our family and was a great location. Should be cleaned more thoroughly, but thatā€™s a cleaning company problem. Other than cleanliness, we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing location

We were there for a junior golf tournament and the location was perfect. We had one issue with a dog next door that was barking and even though the unit next door was not managed by the same company they were able to help us in handling the issue to get the people next door to come back and check on their dog. Super helpful and they went above and beyond to make everything right.

Nicely located

Roomy 2 bedroom villa on 1st hole of Harbour Town course, 10 min walk to shops, bike to beach. House was clean, but outside trash can was beyond disgusting. It was cleaned up after we called, but should never have been left that way. Took a few calls to get Wi-Fi working. Overall recommend house

Older unit - great location

The unit was decent and fairly clean but outdated. We never could get the WI-FI to work. The AC didnā€™t cool the upstairs master very well and the back deck area needs cleaned up and updated. Parking is a bit challenging.

Great Location

Overall, good rental in great location in Sea Pines. You can see the 1st fairway of Harbour Town Golf Links outside and within 15 minute walk to Harbour Town Marina. The check-in process was easy and daily entrance to Sea Pines resort is included in cost of rental. We was told when we checked in that the place was ready but when we arrived there, housekeeping had not even started cleaning the place. We had to wait on housekeeping to clean the place and we had to leave. One negative is the drain plug in the bathtub wouldnā€™t work so taking a bath was impossible.

When we arrived at the property the housekeeping was arriving at the same time to clean up the property that we were supposed to be checking in at 4:00pm. However we were able to check in at 4:00pm. Because we have to wait on housekeeping to clean up. We wait it for 40 minutes in the car. Also we You may want to fumigate the place because we find small roaches in the upper floor in the main bathroom and in the stairs.

Nice place

Good location in Sea Pines. Close to everything you need. Beach is 15-minute bike ride away. Weā€™re a family of five and weā€™re comfortable here. The layout is nice. We could hide away for alone time when needed. A six-person kitchen table is nice. The condo is obviously owned by a corporation. It doesnā€™t have the thoughtful touches of a local owner. But itā€™s good enough. The place is overall clean. Kitchen is nice. Master bathroom needs paint. Master bath curtain was moldy. A welcome book that explained which public beaches we should go to would be nice; many beaches are private. It would have been nice to know that the outside closet had beach chairs, boogie boards, and umbrellas. It took two days for Vacasa to get us Internet, which was annoying because we had work to do. Vacasa did refund a small amount to compensate us for the trouble. So itā€™s a solid place to stay overall.
