Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by Island Time Hilton Head.

This beautiful villa is perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The spacious great room features vaulted ceilings and unbelievable nature and water views.

Walk into this beautifully decorated villa and be greeted by lagoon views. The kitchen was recently updated with granite countertops, white cabinets, and a stone backsplash. The primary suite has vaulted ceilings and the perfect workspace to work from home. The primary suite has a king bed and a spacious ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a full-sized bed and a twin bed, as well as its own bathroom.

The community pool is only a few steps away, and the beach is a short 15-minute bike ride away. You can hop on the bike trail through the forest preserve just outside the front door. You will enjoy this property, where everything has been thought out in detail for your comfort.

Can't wait to go back!

We have been coming to HHI for years and this has been my favorite rental to date. The place was bright and clean with a great layout. Communication was on point and we really enjoyed the beach gear. We look forward to coming back in the future!

Late Summer vacation

Our family wanted a few days away before school starts back in August and our stay at 3322 Lake Forrest was just what we needed. The property was just as the photos showed and the Lake Forest community is a nice, quiet location on Sea Pines

Another Great Visit to Sea Pines

This home was the perfect size for our family of 5. We loved the living spaces - the dining room was spacious, the family room had ample seating and great TV, and the outdoor porch overlooked the pond, which was so pretty in the AM. Check in was so easy, the home home was clean, beautifully decorated and well-stocked (especially the kitchen, we really appreciated that). We will be returninging next year!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo sat on a beautiful waterway with abundant wildlife. It was nicely furnished and well apportioned with everything we needed. Bike rental was arranged ahead - bikes delivered prior to our arrival and picked up on day of departure. Great proximity to tennis, pool and bike ride to gorgeous beach and Harbourtown.

Great Condo at Sea Pines

We enjoyed our stay! We liked watching the wildlife from the back porch and the quick walk to the pool. We were very close to everything… Lawton Stables, the trolley pick up for the beach club and a short drive to Harbour Town. We had bikes delivered and picked up from the condo seamlessly. Thanks!

Amazing location!

My family absolutely loved staying at this property! The area is extremely family-friendly. My kids loved the lagoon behind the condo and all the wildlife in the area. The pool is within walking distance and there are several beach accesses within 10 minutes of driving time. We loved that there was a fully equipped kitchen with cooking and baking tools and a grill. Check-in/out was simple and we did not encounter any problems during our stay. Overall, we were extremely happy with our stay!

A Perfect Vacation Spot

This property was ideal. The pictures and description were perfect! Immediately upon arrival we noticed the amazing view of the lagoon through the floor to ceilings windows. Watching the wildlife from the living room became one of our favorite things to do. The pool was simply amazing. The Villa was clean and had everything to have a perfect week vacation at the beach. We are looking forward to going back next summer and creating traditions in Sea Pines.

Spring Break

Condo was very nice. We saw lots of big gators in the backyard. Tennis courts in the complex were a major hit. Condo was larger than I expected which was a bonus. There is a very nice selection of beach reads (I read 2 books and wanted to read them all). I would recommend staying and would stay again with my family.

AMAZING SEA PINES PROPERTY! 5 STAR VILLA *****

This property was absolutely stunning with incredible lagoon views. The wildlife in the back yard did not disappoint! The property was centrally located in Sea Pines making Sea Pines Beach Club, Harbour Town and South Beach a quick bike or car ride away. The villa was beautifully decorated, very clean, and had everything we needed. The furniture was comfortable and up to date. We would absolutely stay here again without hesitation and highly recommend this property. Thank you for sharing your amazing home with us!
