This place was perfect for our family! The location of the building to the beach and pool was absolutely perfect! We loved it so much we wish we could have stayed longer!

Nice Condo!

The condo was very nice. It was clean and in a great location to the beach and pool. I was pleased to see all of the paper products, soaps, shampoo/ conditioner, and body wash already stocked in the condo. It would be helpful to mention that in the listing so that guests know they don't need to pack those things. My only real gripe is that the beds are extremely creaky! Just getting out of any of the beds caused a loud creak and woke up anyone else in the room. One of my kids ended up sleeping on the couch because he couldn't sleep in the same room as his brother and his creaky bed. Other than that, our stay was great.

The evening I arrived, the first thing I noticed was how clean, comfortable, practical, neutral yet attractive everything was. The flooring choice was the look of natural wood. (I actually choose not to stay in some places because of the office vibe grey laminate flooring!) Nice glass door to let in light during the day if you’d like.I feel completely safe visiting this property alone and even coming and going at night. Older people or those with very young children/babies come here and the sound ordinance is strictly enforced so it’s generally nice and quiet.The kitchen was clean and well-stocked with newish (and clean) appliances. Nice long table that would seat about 6. The towels were fresh and folded. Wonderfully-scented body wash, shampoo and conditioner are provided as well as liquid hand soap. Cotton blankets with some fleece extras if needed. TV in every room with Netflix and Apple TV (and more) in the living room. Hear the fountains in your bedroom and look out to see koi in the pond and the pool. A short walk to the sound (the beach) that you can see from your window. Beach is different every day. A must-see at low and high tide. Lots of wildlife to explore and an excellent sunrise and sunset.
